I might be taking a break from PE for a while. I'm in the middle of a career change and just don't have time anymore. I'm curious to see if I lose any gains, and if a deconditioning break affects future gains when I pick it back up again.

Check again bro. In the first post I have 2 pics, 9 and 9.25. My most recent pic in post 307 is close enough to 10 that I'm claiming it.

Before you call out my measurement technique, because you seem the type, note that it's the same in all pics and therefore irrelevant in terms of the tracking of gains.
