I was asking some members on Thunders about these wall presses and many think its very dangerous. I know alot of Penis Enlargement exercises such as clamping can be dangerous if you dont use caution. You have to listen to your body and if something hurts, back off. Not to sure about these wall presses though, I really want girth now but dont want to hurt myself either.

Also, please don't ask me about routines...there's really nothing to tell. I jelq and stretch, that's all. I jelq in the shower in the morning for 20-30 minutes, occasionally trapping blood at the base and pressing down from the head, to give the shaft some expansion (uli? horse440? something like that...). My stretching is manual, and in all directions. No set schedule, no timing, nothing fancy. Just whenever I'm in the bathroom and I feel like my dick needs a pullin' I give it one for 30 seconds or so.
Edit: The pics are different sizes because sometime in between taking them I was messing with my webcam settings.
