I'll be posting more pics when I hit 9.5BP. My flaccid stretched length is now slightly over 10.25, so I seem to be doing the right things.

Having trouble with girth though...seems to matter how intensely I work it I never seem to get a good "pump" :(
 
I had excellent results with the clamp/wall press method. Also just push the top of your head towards your body with your palm hard when you are fully erect.

Mine has always been longer, but never THIS much longer. Historically it's been about a half inch longer or so. I really have no idea what's going on lately, but I sure hope it translates into erect gains soon :D
 
I'm sorry I read the whole post and may have missed it but what did you do in the beginning to get that inch and a half in length, routine-wise? Also, you said you were about 7 NBP starting in length, what was your girth starting? If you started at say just under 5 or even 5 inches even I'd say you're even doing good on that! Very encouraging :cool:
 
Damn bro, give us a run down on your exact routine -- warm up time, stretching, warm down, angles, intensity ... hell even any supplements you are taking. I've been sitting near my starting measurement since the beginning of time ......
 
Grr...I keep telling you guys, there is little to be gained from knowing my routine.

7 days on, 0 days off

Morning, in a hot shower (I consider that the "warm up"), 30-60 minutes of stangard erect jelqing (generally at the angle of my erection) combined with slow squash jelqs for girth.

Immediately after shower, one 30 second stretch down (while standing) with as much force as my arm will allow, one 30 second stretch directly to the left, and one 30 second stretch to the right. Followed by one more 30 second downward stretch.

You read correctly...ONE of each.

Occasionally throughout the day, usually before I urinate, I'll do another downward stretch. This is not consistent, and there are days where I do none of these "extra" stretches.

That's right folks, that is all I do. Either I'm an incredibly easy gainer, or simplicity is the key to gains. I don't know which is true, but I speculate the former more so than the latter.

Also, even after approximately 2 inches of length gained, I'm still making lig gains. I know this because I can see the base of my penis being "pulled" farther out of my body. No, I did not start with a high lot and no, I've never done anything to "reset" my ligs, such as upward stretching.

Told you...nothing special there :)
 
My bad for making you repeat the routine but I must have missed it. It's amazing what works for some has no effect on others. I still havent figured out if a light or heavy approach works for me. Seems like I have a dick made of steel. Right now I'm doing 15 min manuals, 15 min jelqs, 15 min pumping, and 1 hr hanging each day (split up AM / PM routine).

I have been given some good routines though from several folks. Keep up the gains
 
Nice kickstand youve got there.

What exactly is clamping/wall presses and squash jelqs? I tried to search for these but it appears the search function is disabled for some reason.
