Just done a jelq session, normal routine warm up stretches, wet jelqs but I can't seem to get expansion.

I think I'm doing everything right, I can feel my fingers around the gland being pushed open when I start the next jelq so I know I'm forcing blood up the shaft, I have a nice red colour from the extra blood starting about a inch fron the start of my penis so I know there's extra blood in there but it won't budge past 5inch.

When I finish I'm about 50% erect and my 100% erect measurement it 5inch MSG so no extra girth.

Am I doing something wrong or am I doing it right ?
 
Fatigue at end of session also needs to be calculated in. Some men at the end of their session are too tired to get a 50% erection. Consistently push that compression and expansion, regardless of post-pe size. Yes, the goal in girth is to always be larger at the end of the session but this is under optimum eq levels.

Thanks for the reply dld, I'm pretty sure things are going in the right direction, my morning wood is harder then its ever been, my flaccid size is a tad bigger and more veins are popping out but my erection size is still the same but as I know it takes time.

Ill keep at it

Well I must be doing something right I was watching a little adult entertainment earlier as I was bord and as I got hard I thought I felt bigger so got out the tape and I'm still 7bpel but my meg has gone from 5 to 5 1/4 and in 6inch at the base.

That is incredible! Congratulations. Maybe we can adjust some of the length work to get that gaining. Have you gained in Flaccid stretches, bone-pressed? If you have gained there, which I am pretty sure you have, things are on the right track.

Tbh I didn't measure any stretched lengths but my flaccid length is bigger I'm not sure by how much I'll measure tomorrow

Ahh, so you made no initial measurement? I got you. Well try to chart it from now on as it is a great indicator of future gains. Usually they will show up in FSBP before EL.

First time it happened was about a week or so ago, I posted about it on here and either you or someone else said it would have been because I'd done some Penis Enlargement 3/4 hours before having sex, we got going and it just started to go soft then I got really pissed and angry so I couldn't concentrate on getting it up again.

Second time was the other night, mrs was giving me head but wasnt 100% erect like usual maybe 90-95%, then we starting having sex and after a few minutes it just started going soft again, I got angry again but managed to calm down and get hard again but not to 100%, we started having sex again but I came really quicky which isn't usual for me.

I've not been over stressed then normal so really don't know what's happening, I watched some adult entertainment last night and it seemed ok but not had sex again since so ill have to wait untill then to see if it happens again

So you think subconsciously I'm worrying about it which in turn is making the erection go down ?

I'm a very deep thinker and have been thinking about it since it happened so you could be right.

I've done the legal routine today and will keep doing it as often as I can, by edging you mean wanking untill your just about to cum then back off and repeat several times ?

I've decided I'm going to reduce the amount of adult entertainment I watch to nearly nothing and also reduce the amount I masterbate as it was nearly every night I didn't have sex so 5-6 times a week.

I think this will help my EQ because I should be extra excited when I'm about to have sex due to no orgasm for a few days etc.

I'm going to stick with the same routine I've been doing as I've seen girth gains in just 3 weeks.

Wondering about adding in some length work, what would you recommend.

Length work, if done flaccid, should not effect your condition. I would start with the newbie stretches and slowly incorporate more as you feel ready.

Start out with one set and work your way up to the three sets.

I've struggled with jelqes the last few sessions is there anything else I can do girth wise without buying a device

You need to focus on the exercise that is working, Slow Squash Jelqs. If your expansion is low increase the compression between the hands, squash with greater intensity, increase the intensity of the pump session...maybe add 2 minutes per set. Penis Enlargement is all about fine tuning the areas that are working and trimming away the fat. I wish there was a girth device available other than pumping, but it is just not available now. I have some great ideas that will be discussed and I hope to bring some excitement to this arena.

Looks good to me but I just hope you have been warming up the entire time.
I would be scared as fuck to clamp without warming up.

Yeah I have on of those heat sacks you put in the microwave I warm that up and stick it in my crouch for 10 mins but I've not actually clamped yet

I've been doing kegals now for the last week and its already making a difference to EQ

I've been doing my own thing and come up with this

10 fast kegals, 10 second squeeze, 20 kegals, 20 second squeeze, 30 kegals etc

I did up to 60 kegals 1minute squeeze

When clamping you are bringing a massive amount of pressure to the penis leaving it open to t-veins, bruising, discoloration and possible blisters. The best way to handle this is to take your time, do short session, and really learn the process as safely as you can.

If a ligament snapped you would not be here typing! This is close to impossible to do. I would assume that the sound you heard was a simple ligament pop. Now, what concerns me is the hard, wire like vein. You said there is no pain present, is this true in both flaccid and erect state?

More than likely an ingrown hair, pimple or abscess. Apply heat to the area and allow for the bump to surface and break on it's own. After about 2-3 days of heat therapy you should see the hair surface and from there you can gently extract, using a sterile tweezer. If it is a pimple or abscess you will also want to wait for it to surface and break on it's own, the only difference here is there is no hair to extract. To be double sure a picture would help me in further diagnosis of this bump.

It's not a hair, what every it is its right under the skin.

If I stretch my dick it goes but if I squash it down it gets bigger like something is bunching up, see what you think to the I picture
