I moved up to 23 pounds on the LG Hanger. Its been a few months since ive changed weight. Even though 20 pounds still gave me fatigue, I just wanted to go up in weight to see if the LG Hanger could handle it. It did. One thing that initially occurs when you move up in weight, is the fatigue is more displaced through the shaft. My entire shaft felt very very tense. Usually its just the base that gets really tight.

Im willing to sell it at 50% of the price as well. Anyone interested?
 
Lately ive been slacking off a bit and only getting in PM sessions. Im seeing gains but very slowly and im still not seeing erect gains. I think its because my ligaments are too tight to be honest, I need to incorporate downward hanging into my workouts.

My plan is to get am noon and pm workouts in. It will be hard but I need to committ if I want to see gains soon. I haven't seen erect gains in months to be honest, only flaccid stretched gains.
 
Been getting 5 sets of hanging in daily now which is better. Im also clamping lightly at the end of the day.

I had really good expansion yesterday after my edging. I was around 1/8th of an inch bigger in my erections than normal.

Gains have been slow lately since ive been taking things slower. Ive been doing am and pm hanging workouts but sometimes I only get 1. Looking back though, ive definitely gained since I bought the hanger, in stretched length at least. 4 months has give me 0.35 inches in total.

One very interesting way to track gains through hanging is to stretch out your penis and use your fingers to feel your penis at the base where it attaches to your pelvis. Just feel through the side of your scrotum where the skin is thin. Ive always down this with PE and I can feel the area over time becoming more and more detached and the ligaments only getting longer.

Will get a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] soon. Also ive been increased cardio to 1.5 hours a day so I can continue to get more slim. My body comp has always been hard to change, whether its gaining fat or losing it

Whoa that's a nifty trick to see how you're lengthening. Get at that cardio dude.
 
Haven't been here in a while. Been busy lately. The last month or so my PE routine has been very light. Only pm sessions. But somehow, I've actually still grown. Im not sure how though. Both flaccid stretched length and erect length have still growth slightly, its good. I reached 9 inches bpel the other day after a session of edging. If I can maintain a 100% erection, thats definitely my length, 9 bpel. However im not usually that hard so im a bit smaller but its good to know i've grown a bit. Flaccid stretch is 10 inches standing up now which is good.

Excellent work and gains especially for not putting in all the effort. 9" is a massive size and if you are flaccid stretching to 10", well it is right around the corner.

Hey guys been a long time since I posted. I sort of took a break form PE for a while because I started taking the gym real seriously. I've been going to the gym for a full year now and lost a lot of weight.

I'm the same weight I was when I started but all the fat I lost was replaced by muscle. I think i've gained around 20 pounds of solid muscle in the span of a year. I started around 195-200 which is where I am now, and then got up to 216 at one point, then I cut down over the last 3 months back to 198.

I started PEing again about 1 month ago. I didn't really lose any gains surprisingly which is great. I'm about 9 inches BPEL and with all the fat i've lost I'm 8 inches NBPEL which is crazy awesome.

When I first started PE in summer 2014, I was a little bit more lean than I am now, and was only a little over 7 inches(7.25 inches I think), but I got so fat over that first year, I couldn't fully realize how much I gained.

Now that i'm almost as lean as I used to be, its really evident how much length I gained.

I went from 30% bodyfat to about 18% which is what i'm at right now.

To be honest, I don't have much of a desire to gain that much more length. I'm at a legit 8 inches NBPEL right now and i'm not even as lean as I can possibly be. If I can gain another solid 0.3 inches in erect length, i'll be finished. I don't want anymore, no point in my opinion. I can already gain another 0.3 from losing more fat and then another 0.3 inches in erect length will just make me close to 9 inches erect. I just need to do some girth work, which i've literally never done.

0.3 inches in erect length is a fairly reasonable goal for 6 months but it will be hard. My penis is already quite adapted to stretching. I don't have any pics but I'll post them in a month or so when I'm more lean.
