Hey guys been a long time since I posted. I sort of took a break form PE for a while because I started taking the gym real seriously. I've been going to the gym for a full year now and lost a lot of weight.
I'm the same weight I was when I started but all the fat I lost was replaced by muscle. I think i've gained around 20 pounds of solid muscle in the span of a year. I started around 195-200 which is where I am now, and then got up to 216 at one point, then I cut down over the last 3 months back to 198.
I started PEing again about 1 month ago. I didn't really lose any gains surprisingly which is great. I'm about 9 inches BPEL and with all the fat i've lost I'm 8 inches NBPEL which is crazy awesome.
When I first started PE in summer 2014, I was a little bit more lean than I am now, and was only a little over 7 inches(7.25 inches I think), but I got so fat over that first year, I couldn't fully realize how much I gained.
Now that i'm almost as lean as I used to be, its really evident how much length I gained.
I went from 30% bodyfat to about 18% which is what i'm at right now.
To be honest, I don't have much of a desire to gain that much more length. I'm at a legit 8 inches NBPEL right now and i'm not even as lean as I can possibly be. If I can gain another solid 0.3 inches in erect length, i'll be finished. I don't want anymore, no point in my opinion. I can already gain another 0.3 from losing more fat and then another 0.3 inches in erect length will just make me close to 9 inches erect. I just need to do some girth work, which i've literally never done.
0.3 inches in erect length is a fairly reasonable goal for 6 months but it will be hard. My penis is already quite adapted to stretching. I don't have any pics but I'll post them in a month or so when I'm more lean.
