Welcome home my Brother, very long time I thought an Alien tool you away! :)

It is so good to hear about your weight loss and fat reduction, I am on the same train but no where near you yet. You and a few others keep me motivated to continue my weight loss journey. I love the feeling when your gains are almost at goal, you have so little to gain to get to where you want to be. I bet the sliming down also exposed much more penis at the base of fat pad! I hope it takes you six months so you stick around for 6 months but I think you can make that goal in 3 months.

Before and After PE pic. Best I could take for comparison. Left is before and Right is after. You can see the growth happening below the vein going across the midshaft. The red line in both photos is the same length. Its the length of the full shaft on the right compared to the full shaft on the left.
 
I've reached my goal I set at the beginning of my journey 2 years ago. I certainly haven't been consistent with my PE. In the first year I was fairly consistent. Probably had a solid 9 months out of 12 months of consistency in my first year. The 2nd year which finished in june was much more slow. I may have only had 3 months of consistency to be completely honest. In total I probably only did a legitimate 1 year of PE in the last 2 years.

Anyways. My final stats after this much time. Keep in mind i've actually lost a lot of weight so i'll only be mentioning bone pressed measurements since those are the only meaningful ones.

Starting:
BPFSL - 8.5-8.6 inches roughly
BPEL - 8.2 inches

Now:
BPFSL = 10.15 inches(absolutely absurb amount of stretched length growth)
BPEL - 8.9-9 inches when i'm in my most possible erect state.

Its really been an interesting journey. Like I said I haven't been consistent by any means, but at least I never stopped. Truth is, I think doing this helped me become more consistent at other things in life. Like going to the gym(i've gone for the last 14 months and gained about 20 pounds of muscle and lost 30 pounds of fat), starting school, getting a more stable job and source of income. I think I struggled with problems related to consistency a lot in my life. The last few years have been really hard actually and I guess I realized I was at a crossroads where I had to do something or nothing would change.

If theres one thing I could say. Get an LG Hanger. It completely revolutionized my PE Journey and is seriously the most convenient device you can have. I can wear it for over an hour at 20 pounds and barely notice and watch tv or be on the computer in the mean time. Its very costly and im not endorsed by them in any way but if you ever feel like you want to take PE seriously, go and get one.

This is probably my final post but I hope this is motivation for some of you. I'll post a final stretched flaccid pic since this is where I've gained the most length.

Sweet gains! I've experienced the same thing, with more BPFSL growing faster than erect length. I do seem to be closing the gap with lots of erect stretching though, so try that if you feel like giving it a go again.

But you can't be done with PE...who else is gonna give me some competition??
 
Huge congrats on achieving goals and making life changes! That's what it's all about. You can definitely give Seven a run for his money with some hard work 😈

Here you go, had to deliver a measurement pic for you since you asked so many times DLD.

Its non bonepressed but it looks a little bonepressed because of the skin being pulled from the bottom of the shaft when I was holding my dick. Bonepressed I was 9.1 inches or so. After I shave off another 10 pounds of fat I expect that non bonepressed to go up.

.875" Inch Quality Silicon Penis Sleeve for Hanging LG Hanger

This is the sleeve I used for LGHanger throughout my career. You can choose from several different widths. I guess if youre dick is really wide you can use the largest width.

Anyone I caution you, the sleeve can wear and tear really easily once you start going to heavy weight(+20). Mine has like 3 times in 6 months. However recently I found a solution.

Usually what happens is the sleeve will lose its elasticity or it will just have a small hole appear in it that slowly gets bigger and rips the whole thing. Spot the hole before it occurs, you will know, because you wont be able to hang anyweight since the vacuum becomes undone by the opening.

There is an easy fix to this outside of ordering new sleeves that take 5 days to ship.

Get some all purpose silicone adhesive. I got some from home depot.

This is exactly what I got. It works better than rubber cement which I also tried and sucks. The silicone actually mends into the silicone sleeve.

Take the sleeve, sit it upright so you can cover all angles, then start slathering the sealant on every side of its surface(not the inside though). Be generous with the amount you put on. Then set it upright and let it dry over night. I found one of my old sleeves that was sort of useless, did this process twice, and I could use it again.

Much cheaper and time efficient too. Good luck. I posted instructions earlier within this thread on everything LGHanger related use wise. I'm a professional at this device and have mastered how to achieve comfort with up to 25 pounds hanging over an hour with no strain on my glans at all.

Seven is quite a bit ahead of me. But i've gotten into a good routine at this point.

I had all the knowledge I need to gain length. At this point i'm essentially a guru at gaining length and could confidently say I could help anyone gain length.

I'm a newbie at girth though. I've made no girth progress because I haven't tried. I have a few ideas though. Main problem is I can't get hard enough due to medication but my doctor suggested I use Cialis along with it to help.

Only problem is Cialis is like $50 a pill in the U.S. because the pharmaceutical companies fucking strangle our citizens with the goddamn monopoly they have on producing those pills. I'm gonna try to order some from Canada or EU since they sell the exact same pills for like 1/20th the price.

Very inspirational progress log. What about girth? Have you tarted working on girth? What is your girth size now?
 
Hey guys. I havent posted here in a while. I really didnt do any pe in thr last year besides the last month. Thankfully I didnt lose my gains and have made a bit of progress.

Im takin pe pretty slow rn since I reached my goals. Im just gonna slowly push out some length and mostly focus ok girth and eq through kegels.

For those curiois about my stats. Heres a 10.5 ich bpfsl pic and a 7.5 inch heavy flaccid.

My erect size is 9.2 inch bp at best.
