Very similar result for me as well. I am not in love with the device thus far, it's more comfortable for single sessions then the SG attachments (I can do 2-3 hours without a problem), but the cumulative soreness seems to take effect during the 2nd session that almost prevents further PE that day.

In the SG alone, I could only do 60-90 minutes, but after a short rest and circulation, I could start another session and do this multiple times per-day.
I may just need to adjust to the device, we will see. Or maybe I am not using enough of the comfort lubricant. I will try more and report back if it helps.
Looks like I'm not the only one. We're on the same level with SG. After each hour I massage for a couple minutes then go back in. And in comparison, your penimaster and my PF cause irritation. How's your tip? Mine is slightly discolored from the suction...

@Haursen , it's hard to apply anything that would create extra friction as you have you use suction to get the glans to enter the device, so any resistance to that suction will keep you from getting fully seated inside the device (at least from my experience so far). I could still be just learning my way around the device still as I am relatively new to it. Any lessons I learn from the process I will update the thread with.@JakeM82 How about wrapping your glans with athletic kinetics tape? Would that be an option?

More of the same tonight even with additional lubricant, soreness and discoloration of the glans. Managed 2 hours extended, I will need to take a rest day to let the soreness level go down.
The size doctor is going to become the hardest thing in PE he does so much with one device and is priced so low in comparison to the competition.
Where about on the gland do you get your discoloration Jake? I've swapped my expensive PF for the vlc tugger as a nighttime stretcher due to the dark discoloration at my pee-hole from the PF. Although I will say.. for some reason the PF gives my flaccid much more girth after wearing it, so I'll miss that.

Managed to get another 4.5 hour session in the afternoon. I feel like the fatigue in one session that length is just insane. Manual stretches, jelqs and SSJs as well today. Solid day of PE, living by the SRT.
Need to get one if the extra long silisleeves though for recovery for sure.
Yeah, I need to get the extra long one, the normal ones aren't quite long enough for me to stay in a lengthened position while I heal.I love getting those extra sessions in when time allows. silisleeves rock in so many ways!
Well if things keep going well and the sleeves keep selling we should be able to afford a new mold soon. I just hope there’s more demand for it.

Right now I am just working to get back to 9" length and 6.25" girth, I didn't fully cement some of my gains before so I lost some of the size of I gained. I am using extending as a mechanism to recondition and get my tunica stretched and lose for girth work more though.@JakeM82, what is your length goal?
Yeah, I was over 9 in temporary gains but never cemented it. I believe it was only 9.25" though not 9.5"... unless I am losing my mind. Maybe that was a difference in BP and NBP. But that was at my peak and right before my surgery so I lost a good bit of it, about .75" length and .4" girth by not doing cementing and maintenance work. Still up 1" length and .5" girth from when I started and that's still pretty awesome.

I'll try to get back to it next week as we are camping this weekend.Sometimes Jake all you can do is what you can do. Our schedule some time and this will not allow all the time you need to get everything done. In these times I find that just getting something in, as small as it might be, so it keeps me in the PE zone. You’re not gonna lose size so no worries there. And any size you do lose with size that was never cemented to begin with and in this case that size will come back to immediately upon restart.

Jake what was your SG routine when you had used it? Did you take it off every hour, or did you go above 1hr sessions? I'm having a difficult time grasping a couple concepts after these two months I've made 0.1" in length.
Do you feel any pain? Or do you feel a good discomfort when you used it?
I am able to put in 6-7hours each day with it, and want to know the best protocol.
I'm also looking forward to his response to your questions. The best extender out there right now is the size doctor extender.
It's a vacuum extender which allows you to wear conveniently with much discomfort. You should buy one if you have the spare cash.
Hey man. Honestly, I'd love to since the SG isn't very comfortable for longer periods.
But I just want to ensure I am doing the protocol correctly first. 2 months and only 0.1" gain.
The SG is trash when compared with the size doctor. Which other length exercise have you been doing in combination with the SG? Or do you just use the SG only without any manual exercise?

Thanks for sharing but I have a feeling you are not using enough traction force with the SG. You are suppose to increase traction every 15 mins when using the SG.
But don't increase the traction during your first set. Only do so from your second set to the last. You are suppose to gain 0.1 with the SG every month if you are doing it correctly.
