I just finished the entire thread, and Wow, fantastic read! A lot of it made sense to me right away, like healing non-supressed for example. I have to read it a couple more times later today to really get a good understanding of the whole concept, but I got the basics. I can not do your entire 12 week routine, but I can definitely incorporate different things! For starters I have always worn very thight boxers. Not anymore:) I have also always been a "grower", meaning, that my flaccid has always been very small even though my erect size is above average.

Will start my version of this after work today. Thanks DLD, you are a good man!
 
Do to lack of time I do DLD manual stretches and extender 1 day and the next day I do manual stretches and 30 minutes in the Bathmate. Day 3 I rest. Its really working for me !!!! :)

Thanks for input, i have to experiment a little to find whats best for me, but might end up something a little similar to what you're doing, possibly without the break-day. My member is always sore and full of red spots. I do want results, but i also realize healing is important.. How much have you gained?
 
Have not measured yet, but feel that I have gained. I think the combination of ADS, Bathmate and some of DLDs SRT theory is working great this far!

Just things that were easy for me to incorporate. First, a higher understanding of how things work. Then, things like not wearing underwear. Wearing nothing at all when I am at home (neighbours cant see in, I live at the top appartment, haha), to not suppress things down there. Being more careful as to what I eat and supplements (taking megadoses of supplements), more careful to get enough sleep. Drinking a lot of water. Less smoking and "snus" (comparable to chewing tobacco perhaps, scandinavian thing). Less alcohol, which I have been drinking too much of.. These things do of course not only affect Penis Enlargement, but I also want a general better health. I do want to lose about 5kg (11pounds), which will put me at 188cm/90kg.

Haven't updated in a while, but have been a steady Penis Enlargement'er now for more than 3 months. The last few weeks I have done less of the Bathmate and more of the Extender. Have also done less masturbation, and I notice my EQ getting better, waking up with morning wood again.

Have not done a proper measurement for about a month, but the last time I did an approximate one, it seemed to be the same as last time (two months ago), 19,5 cm BPenis EnlargementL. Girth about 13,8 if I remember correctly.
Thats about 7,7" / 5,4". Started with 7,4" / 5,3". Is this a very slow progress?

I guess the main reason for things slowing down has been less Bathmate and more extender (and I believe you need time getting used to extending and getting your penis more flexible before EL increases).

Anyway, what I will be doing from now on is to put the Bathmate on a shelf for a little while, and do the extender and incorporate Jelqing. I want to increase my length first, then focus more on girth and Bathmate later. I have jelqed the last two days (think I did it wrong when I tried it earlier in my thread), and it felt fantastic. Did 200 jelqs yesterday and 250 jelqs today. I "feel" that this is gonna work, and I actually believe jelqing to be more effective than Bathmate/Extender, but I will combine things. I will also be sure not to masturbate as much, and make sure EQ is good at all times, and not overwork things.

I plan to increase the jelqing by 15 reps a day until I reach a 1000 reps (is starting at 200 and ending up at 1000 good numbers?). I do each rep at a duration of about 3 seconds. When one hand reaches the head, it stops, and i use the next hand until I reach the front hand before I release the front hand and start another rep. This way I really feel the blood moving. Erection level about 50-80%, depends. I try to use as much pressure as comfortable and I try to stretch the penis on each rep before releasing the front hand.

I train every day, I like DLDs filosophy on this.

I am sure I will reach 8x6, I guess I should with my starting point. But when you guys talk about 8x6, you do mean BPenis EnlargementL 8", right?

What do you guys think about the changes in my schedule?

I would not view this as slow progress, just progress. Sometimes gains come in spurts but most of the time they are slow and steady. Staying consistent with the steady gains is important as you really have no idea when the big spurts come. A lot of guys will quit too soon in Penis Enlargement for this very reason. It took me some time to add girth, for my first year I gained over 2" of length but only .5" of girth. As time progress the growth changed and I started to see incredible girth gains. Back then it was a lot of experimental guess work with lots of manual exercises. Today, much of the guess work is gone when guys use devices like the Bathmate and SizeGenetics, they really help men add size so much faster then back when this equipment was not around. I think staying consistent and staying up on the latest theories in Penis Enlargement is important. Staying active on the forum usually helps men stay active in their routine so that is also important.

8 x 6 BP is probably the most aspired size. Oddly, most women prefer 7 x 5 according to a recent.

And twins172; For some reason I checked out your profile page, found a message from Exiled, and ended up ordering the VacExtender v4.0!:) Does not fit with my extender, but I'll just modify it myself. (http://www.autoextender.com/vacextender4.html). This is a system i did not know existed, but I kinda had in my head and wished I had:) They have a mod for those of you that have the SizeGenetics.

Picture proof of progress. Compare to first picture I posted in this thread. Max pump gone from 18 to 20 cm, and I was not erect before entering in this last pic. Erect would probably be some mm's more when fully pumped.
