1.whar are bundle stretches on broomstick ? How to properly use them and prevent injury?

2. Can you tell me what is the Best level of erection while doing manual stretching and jelqing ? Semi Erect? Which level is the Best? I will be very thankful. Just bought broomstick (short drums) and will start training soon

Answer to your questions:
Bundled stretches are stretches where you rotate your glans, which will rotate all the tissue in your penis.
Metaphor: It's like if you would rotate a towel between your two hands. You will bundle up all that tight and good.

You will not damage anything as long as you are flaccid when you perform bundled stretches. You can't pull off ypur penis, so stretch as hard as you can. But be careful in the beginning. With time you will adjust to stretching harder and harder. Increasing your intensity progressively is the way to go.

You should be 100% flaccid when you perform stretches and bundled stretches. In the beginning you can become erected when starting to stretch, they will go away with time, and you will be able to be 100% flaccid when stretching.

We referring this to: bundle up your penis.

Here are a video where I explain bundled stretches. But it's without a broomstick.

A drumstick will not be solid and long enough (good enough), for the intensity you want to bring on your tissue. Just buy a broomstick at a local store, saw it to ~46 cm length, and then sand it down smooth and then paint it smooth. You can use body powder/baby powder to make the broomstick easy to bundle your penis around (= reduce friction).

Erection level:
When it comes to stretching your penis, your penis should be 100% flaccid.

When doing Slow Squash Jelq's, you should have it near 100%
. Maybe 80-90% erection level. You will feel for yourself, which level works best to get maximum expansion of your tissue.

Thanks bro ! You are amazing. I have one question though. How AM I suppose to.do.steetches and be 100% Flaccid. If my penis is 14 cm lets say then with 100% Flaccid it will be 2cm lol so how to do stretches then ? Semin Flaccid is not better? I am talking here about manual stretches yet without broomstick technique

You're welcome as always.
You can grab your penis at the extreme base (nearest your fat pad deep inside), then you will perform expressive stretches.
If you can you can hold the stretches for longer as well. 5 minutes per stretch should make you gain like crazy, if you stretch hard enough.

With this type of stretches and doing reverse Kegels during the stretch (relax your, Pelvic Floor Muscles fully = PC Muscles), you will stretch your inner penis more as well.

You will experience a "pain" in your inner penis and ligaments. This is not pain, only good stuff. If you stretch into this and relax fully into this, you will gain fast. Stretch hard.

This will be the best strategy for you. It will take some time to fully be able to relax your PC Muscles fully when you stretch.

Just in case you don’t know @DudePoland956, warming up your penis with a hot towel or a Infrared lamp is very important as a warmed up penis can be stretched longer and also makes you less prone to injury.

You should keep your room at 30°C/86°F, to get maximum elongation of your tissue.

Will actually try it, putting the heated floor temperature to 30 degrees celcius before I do my routine in a little while.

Or maybe just put a heater in there, luckily I’ve got two that I can use. Think I’m going for the one with a fan in it, for spreading the heat in the whole room. But damn I’m going to sweat my balls of, haha.

If you become sweaty you can use a regular fan without heat, and blow lightly on your body simultaneously as you use the heating fan.

I have infrared red lamp so no worries :)
It works great for a warm up.
I have another question. There was once a post when man suggested to do stretches Behind legs while laying On sofa watching tv and penis is between/undeer legs for lets say 20 minutes. Does it work or is it waste of time? Has anybody tried it ?

This stretch exist in the MOS DVD.
Just go there and watch the video instructions.
It's called;
DLD Lazy Ass Stretch.
Of course it will work.

Here is a variation of this stretch:
🔗 BTC Stretch with hands (laying down).

Start stretching and you will see for yourself what is possible with penis enlargement.
