I'm going to start eating pistachios, how many average pistachio nuts would you say makes up 4oz. And does anyone know any other foods that has positive effects on sexual health.

Add pistachios to it and BAM!!! I'd recommend supplementing with vit. D, EPA & DHA either from high quality fish oil or algae then you can mix in the arginines, citrulines, horny goat weed or whatever you want. just don't do it all at once lol. take small steps and see what helps.
exercise is best for EQ in most cases.
