I've noticed my eq is higher when I'm hungry as hell. Almost like my dick is trying to save me by making a baby to eat.
 
I know when you're in extreme cold or hunger your body makes more testosterone as a survival mechanism. I never ever pe on an empty stomach because I just cant get the same expansion if I had a cheeseburger, or something like

Cold also helps me lose weight. I am not sure why because it usually works the other way around gain weight in the winter and lose it in the spring. I also find I get much more erections during colder months.
 
That's cool man its getting chilly here so I can observe the effects on eq. I have excellent eq normally just from my PE, but maybe I notice something extra :D. In the shower I always run cold water lastly because it helps the balls make test

Can't wait ! I will do some before and after pictures too but i still have a long way to go ! Not there until spring 2016.

Maybe another 2 weeks, so close now. I have not done another weigh in since the 190 so hopefully my next will be at 185. At that point I will reevaluate my goals and post before and after pictures.
