I'd you're a mesomorph type yeah childish, but you still shouldn't tell people to shortchange themselves. The brotherhood isn't about averages

You don't have to have a cheat day , you can eat whatever you want but with moderation.I know a lot of guys, very ripped, they eat chocolate , fries , snikers , etc , and they all told me the same thing..." eat with moderation ".You want some fries?Add some fries next to your chicken breast and your veggies. But not a lot, 50-100 g of it.You want something sweet? You could eat a snicker bar as long as it fits your calories and macros.

Not eating what you want it's stupid, once in a while your body craves for something unhealthy. It's ok to eat it,but with moderation. You should eat like 90 % healthy and 10 % unhealthy, and as long as you do cardio, hit the gym or whatever you do for exercise, your body won't feel that 10 % of unhealthy food.

Yep. You can cheat just make sure you can get rid of those calories.

The thought of waiting 6 months to eat whatever I want makes me want to cry a little. Good luck maintaining that. That's seriously inspiring.

It truly is hard especially with the holidays

That sounds great man! It took me so much time to restrict myself 6 months for a cheat day. And you're doing it like nothing. What a boss.

I have this amazing ability to be very satisfied with eating the same thing everyday, at the same time with obsessiveness. For instance, during Lent there are rules in the Catholic Faith about fasting. I got so tired of having to fast on those days that I decided I will just fast for the entire month. This worked:) and I no longer dreaded fasting. With food I eat the same thing every day because I know it is helping me get to where I wanna be. I have extreme discipline.

Once you get used to doing something, adapting, your body recognizes this change and makes it easier to enter a comfort zone. America has gotten used to eating big portions. Monks say that hunger is a lie and that it's the addictiveness to food.
Now realizing both ideas you can see why we eat big portions. Most of us eat big portions and we get used to eating like that so we eat a lot-thus gaining weight (besides the reason of crap food). Other countries don't eat big of portions.
Fasting is also a good example of adaptation. I've fasted before for maybe a whole week. I would fast from when I woke up until 3 pm in the afternoon. After the 3rd day I wouldn't get hungry in the morning anymore.

We can see how easily we can control hunger.

Agree 100% Today, though, is my first cheat day. I am going to have pizza for dinner :) I deserve this, I have been so good with my diet. I will stuff my face and relish in the fat and carbs:)

Butter is not bad if you eat the right one. The butter i eat is 84 % fat ( 50 satur and 34 unsatur fat ). Its good fat and i eat alot of it on bread and with fish.

Definitely not water, most muscles are now showing. Once everyone sees my before and after I think you will be very proud. Another 10 pounds and I will snap the last picture!

That's pretty sweet then. Burning all that butter meat in 2 weeks is impressive. Looks like you're breaking the cycle of going soft in the winter. Maybe I'll join in that effort.

It's only 24 weeks until summer after all.

I hope it's not water weight. Drink plenty of water DLD, especially before a meal, that way you don't eat much

I am drinking a lot of water every day, I just am always thirsty for H2O, nothing else. And yes, I do drink a lot of water before I eat and after. I do not think it is water weight as my abs and other muscles are really showing nicely now.

I am 5' 10". I did no cardio at all, I only reduced my caloric intake and made it mostly proteins and complex carbs. I eat about 8 oz of dried, fat free beef, whole grain cereal and low fat milk. I allow my left a lollipop or two if I am having sugar cravings. I also supplement my lack of vegetables with a drink that has everything I need. Not very complex really, just simple. I plan on weight training when I hit 185 and I will probably also include some light cardio for cut. I wish it was a big complicated diet and exercise routine I was on and I could give you tons of advice but it wasn't, it was simply a reduction in calories and a change in the foods I eat.

You're 5'10", same height as me. And you're 190lbs and you can already see your abs? I can barely see mine and i'm 160-ish. Yet again, another amazing accomplishment
