Hello friends,i've been talking to my urlogist lately and he gave me this list of foods to avoid / eat if you want to have the best EQ and don't get ED later on.

Avoid

1)Hamburgers/foods with a lot of unhealthy fats.

Fast food,MCdonalds,KFC,they are all really bad for your overall health,they can give you ED ( higher diabetes risk = poor EQ/even ED ).

2)French fries

Same thing as 1) , you increase your type 2 diabetes risk , can affect your EQ hard.

3)Pizza

Foods high in unhealthy fats could slow down the circulation in the whole body,could affect your penis too.

4)Alcohol

Really bad for your sexual life,could cause low libido,testicular atrophy,low sperm quality and the list can go on.

5)Red Meat

Recent studies linked red meat to cancer,diabetes,heart problems,slow blood flow in the entire body.It's also bad for your penile health.Stay away from it.

How to avoid ED

Smokers have a much bigger chance to get ED than non-smokers.

Conclusion

Remember friends,stay away from bad food,it's not only your penile health,is your overall health.There are tons of alternatives to bad food.You just have to google.For exemple i saw an incredible alternative recipe to the McDonald's burger.Much healthier and almost the same taste.Take care of your body.

Like the thread but I love cheeseburgers too much to really want to listen. Especially with bacon. And who doesn't have fries with a cheeseburger? With a ton of salt. Maybe even make them cheesy fries with chunks of steak in it. And then a home made mcflurry style desert. Wash it down with some bourbon. The whole damn list of bad stuff sounds like a great meal.

It's obviously hard to argue that eating healthier wouldn't be an improvement to pretty much all aspects of your body. And smoking is only really a hell of a way to declare you'd rather be dead. Alcohol shouldn't be a huge problem though unless you're talking binging or daily drunkenness. Alcohol does kinda clean up your blood stream in low doses or occasional use. Certainly not the best way to achieve a little cleaning, but it's something.

I notice when I'm stuffed I have a harder time with eq. Just makes me a little nauseous at that point. Alcohol can go both ways really. If I'm totally hammered then yea. Otherwise it's about 50/50 between lowered eq and raging. Depends on the mood I guess.

I had rock hard erection too,until a few months ago.Then i stopped eating all the shit and my EQ is back again...This is the nature of the man lol,he won't believe until it happens to him....you won't believe sugar is bad for you..until you get diabetes..you won't believe cigarets are bad for you..until you got lungs problems...and so on..and then,it will be too late..i had some medical issues ( nothing bad thank God ) because of my eating habit..I would eat shitty food,tons of sugar,coca-cola etc,same thing,i would say to myself : " This won't cause me any harm " until my stomach got fucked up..then i wish i wouldn't have eaten all that junk food...Better prevent something,than regret later.
 

So only if you're fat you can be unhealthy on the inside?xD

Another incredible article! Thank you for this as it has educated me to things I did not know. My weight loss has been going well but these tips will help me lose even more. I have not even started exercising yet!
 
All of that tastes good though :( why not try intermittent fasting DLD?

There needs to be a balance. For example, you need good bacteria to fight and balance out the bad bacteria. Imagine if a woman does not have a period or the men's erection does not subside. There is a Ying and Yang in everything.

So YES, we need junk food and healthy good food too.
 
What about Raisins and Dates? Are these OK to eat?

Red Meat? Sorry, but I won't buy that until you deliver me some thorough explanation (or a link with reliable info). Red meat is full of creatin, vit b12 and protein with a high degree of biological availability. I don't need to explain why protein is important for Eq, do I?
btw: "bad" fats (that is saturated fats) also have positive effects (besides the undeniably bad ones if taken in in high amounts) on your EQ insofar as they help to produce an anabolic climate in your organism, thus pushing the testosterone level.
A balanced diet is much healthier than any vegetarian or even vegan diet.
 
I think childish's 'urologist' is really one of those six pack in six days guys on YouTube XD. Real niggas don't care about calories ,or supposed triglycerides because boss :cool:
