The whole wheat pasta has a lower GI than the standard white flour pasta.

Carbs are simple or complex. Complex carbs (pasta) require work to breakdown. Simple carbs (soda, beer, etc) make you gain weight.

Actually I was wrong. Alcohol is broken down as an acetate by the liver not converted into sugar.

Some simple carbs

Soda
Candy
Artificial syrups
Sugar
White rice, white bread, and white pasta
Potatoes (which are technically a complex carb, but act more like simple carbs in the body)
Pastries and desserts

Some Complex carbs

Pasta
Wholemeal macaroni
Spaghetti
Brown rice
Potatoes
Whole-wheat breads

If you drink mixed drinks that contain sugars or syrups that's where your simple carbs come in. Like Grenadines (syrup) are used in a variation of mixed drinks.

When I was doing this diet it worked pretty well. I just got sick of eating pistachios everyday plus it was getting expensive.
 
I have no problems getting hard or maintaining it so all of people's problems when it comes to boners are quite alien to me.

nuts are a great way to get your protein in, I always try to get the kind with shells on because that way I slow down and don't eat too much.
 
i will definitely try this one day ( 4oz a day ), but it has one bad cost, Candida loves it :(
 
This shit is real,i used to eat a lot of pistachios and my erections were so hard it hurts...literally my dick was 120 % erect i thought it was gonna fly away from my body.Crazy stuff...now my EQ is still good, i can go 100 % no problem if im horny,but not that feeling anymore..i should buy some pistachios hmm
