I think there are massive variances in the amount of PE work we all do and the intensity differences we all do it at. I go completely obsessed with PE work at times for months at a time then take a week or so break then go back at it very intense and dedicated. I spend 80% of my PE time pumping and clamping with 20% time spent in a stretcher or hanging and I have had excellent perm gains in girth, erect and flaccid lengths. I don't doubt anyone's claims of large perm girth gains from pumping cause I have proven this too. I have taken breaks from PE with barely any loss in size. Comments from my wife are a pretty common thing now whenever we have sex (which isn't as often as I would like lol!). last time we had sex (right after a pumping clamping session) she was putting my cock in her pussy and couldn't come close to getting her hand around it. I think a lot of guys only use pumping to get that temp increase in girth. But in reality if they stick to it religiously they can see perm gains in both girth and length.

So you said 80% pumping and clamping and 20% in a stretcher or hanging. So if you did 10 hours of PE over a few days you would have 8 hours of pumping and clamping and only 2 hours of stretching length work? Do you have a lot discoloration?

@Barnstool123 She really loves the large girth. I should be concentrating more on length but I find it so much easier and relaxing to do pumping and clamping. And I can't use my Sizegenetics the same day I've pumped because the expansion is too much at the base to put it on. I have an LG Hanger but honestly I find it a chore to put it on and spend time just sitting in a chair hanging now. When I first got it I spent a fair bit of time with it but I'm using it less and less now. I have a bad back so soaking in a tub after work is both good for my back and gives me lots of time for pumping. Then I clamp before I go to bed. I do a lot of jelquing and edging too.
I always had a bit bigger than average girth around 5.5 or so but even at that size my wife and I would usually orgasm around the same time or I would wait to make sure she orgasmed before I did. But now I am a cemented 6" base and pumped I am more than that and she always comes first now. Pretty much way before me. She usually orgasms then I kind of back off a bit of the harder thrusting and she waits for me to orgasm. So the larger girth definitely is having a positive impact on our sex.
I'm around 7" after pumping in BP length but prop only 6.5 or so non pumped length. I really don't measure too often so I mostly go by the measurement on my tube for length. Once every two months or so I will do some measuring to get a better idea of my gains.
Yes I have quite a bit of darkening of my penis. My nationality is South American so my skin is normally a more darker tan color but from all the pumping and clamping my penis is getting darker. I have recently been looking into trying to reduce that some how.
 
Hey Vet and DLD. Good post yall. Yeah pumping gets a bad rap amongst most PEers but like you guys said. With enough time and dedication permanent gains can be made. Before I started PE I was bpel 8.5 inches. After only 2 months of pumping for 2 fifteen minutes sets done every other day, I made my first quarter inch in length newbie gain which had brought me to bpel 8.75 inches back then. I’ve also seen a good amount of permanent base girth increase from pumping.

In my opinion I think for huge permanent gains to made with pumping, one has to put a lot of hours in a week just like with using an extender for length gains through traction. I like to think of pumping as a form of traction where you are staying erect or engorged for a lengthy amount of time and it’s this form of traction and controlled stress on the cells that causes cellular mitosis and proliferation which as a result will over time cause ones erection to permanently increase in size do to actual tissue growth from pumping.

Edema fluid build up does happen which can give a false sense of enlargement but one just needs to look past this and realize that the tunica and ligs are still getting a good workout underneath the fluid build up and overtime the tunica and ligs will experience growth.

Just like when I did chemical PE a while back and was shooting for 2 to 4 hour pge1 erections, I look at pumping the same way. I strongly believe that keeping a 60% or above erection for hours at a time causes enough internal pressure and traction to the spongy tissues and the tunica to induce growth. It just takes months for some guys even years to accomplish this. So with pumping for hours at a time with breaks of course. This is simulating the same concept of staying engorged for hours at a time as long as the vacuum pressure being used is with in safe parameters for that individual.

Hey Mike. I am not able to use a lm. And I can't stay in a sg or phallosan. My question is, do you think much length can be gained from a narrow tube? I have a mity and a tube that I'm too big for. But I can use coconut oil to slide in. Do you think much can be gained length wise? I'm using it for 2 sets at 30 mins. Any critiques?

That will happen with a small enough tube. It will bring growth but also do some of the basic bundled stretches to grow faster

Do you think the time is good? Also, I pack the tube tight. I read here before, somebody said internal pressure would help growth. Do you think this is right? Also, should I stay pumping the smaller tube or alternate tube for expansion? And do you think this internal pressure could help even out the structure of the penis? Like if there's a part that seems less developed.

I do 6x5 mins in 1.75" and then 6x5 mins in 2.00, have 20 secs in between single sets then every two sets take 3 min break,seems to be going well tbh

Very interesting. I been doing 30mins×2 sets in the 1.75. I'm doing 6mins×3sets in the 2.0 right now. With 6 mins clamping between sets.
