Do you feel it is easier to jelq as you get more length? Also on avg how long do you feel you have to Penis Enlargement before your gains remain permanent?

I think that gaining size has two different effects on future gains. Length gains can make gaining additional length easier as you are able to do other exercises that usually take a longer penis to perform, like DLD Blasters using the A-Stretch. For some men, getting into the A-Stretch is difficult due to their penis length or wrist size. A longer penis helps facilitate these exercises with more ease. Gaining girth, on the other hand, can make for harder length gain. An easy solution to this is to do tunica specific length exercises, and intense girth work. Both will break down the tunica making for easier length gains. Also, do not sleep on lig work as for some there is plenty to gain.

I think cementing size is all about reaching beyond your goal. If you have a total goal of 6.5" I suggest you work beyond that by a half inch to secure these gains. It is also important to know that continued maintenance will keep your size secure and bring better penile health (harder erections, lasting longer in bed, etc.)
 
Not sure if this makes sense but how is stretching supposed to feel to know it is being done correctly? i.e. I feel the resistance as i pull and there may be a slight burn at the base.

Does soreness at the base or being "raw" at the base indicate a good or poor stretch session?
 
Ok I have one more question for you. If I was to buy only one devise which one would you buy? I have been looking at the Bathmate but I have also been looking at some type of length device. If you were to start all over which device would be your first choice?
 
SouthernJoe, grab right below glans and pull. If you are stretching down (ligament stretching), you should be able to feel your ligs being pulled towards the base on top of your shaft. If you are stretching up (tunica), you will be able to feel your tunica being worked which is located under the shaft. The straight out stretch is mostly a lig feeling also, but it's not exactly the same as downward stretches. After a good stretching routine, you should feel fatigue; however, this isn't always the case as some men don't feel fatigue at all. Everyones penis is different, which means everyones feel during stretching will be different.

Soreness and fatigue are two different feelings. If it's a little sore, then you are fine. If it's severe pain, then you need to switch something up. If you are reaching fatigue, this is a good sign that your penis is being worked well.

I take hydrocodone/oxycodone everyday. I was wondering if this is actually helping me gain due to the increased blood flow pain pills produce. I've read a while back on the forum about taking aspirin after workouts will help produce bloodflow, so I believe this is a legitimate question.

DLD, have you always smoked during p.e.? Do you believe weed helps gains because after a hard workout you can sit back and relax your mind and body with a nice fat blunt.

Soreness and fatigue are great signs of training effectiveness but they come second to measuring. For me I felt soreness in the beginning stages of my Penis Enlargement but today I only feel this when I switch to a new routine. With that said, I believe soreness is more due to newness of exercise and the bodies ability to become used to it.

First choice for me would have to be the Bathmate, no other Penis Enlargement device has the versatility of this device. The Bathmate is able to work in many environments effectively. Opiate based medications do increase blood flow but so will many other, less evasive supplements. If someone is on opiates due to chronic pain they may see benefits of this medication but in no way should someone use opiates as a method of Penis Enlargement as the risks of addiction is too great. It should also be noted that painkillers do not kill pain, they make the user not care too much about the pain.

Marijuana has been part of my routine for about 6 years. I am very respective of this plant and save it for after 9:00 pm. It fuels my creativity and helps me with a many ares, including Penis Enlargement. I do not use any other drugs and I do not drink. I work hard everyday, all day and in the evening I like to reward myself with a nice cigar:)
 
I'm not in any pain. It's just a recreational drug in my area, and I agree with you they are highly addicting. I've been using them for about 2 years now.

I did that for about two years until I james a needle in my arm and destroyed everything that meant anything to me.

I think Penis Enlargement should be continued for life. After goals are made it is not only important to keep training to cement the gains but also to keep the penis in optimum health. Even if it is a weekly jelq and stretch session, it will keep the penis in tip top shape. I think the half inch rule should apply to cementing gains, when you are a half inch beyond your goals you can rest assured that the gain is permanent. If your length goal is 7", go for 7.5" - if your girth goal is 5", go for 5.5". When you get to this point you can shift into maintenance mode and create a routine that happens once or twice weekly.

Watsup, honestly I'm just trying tp gain length and as quickly as I can (only manually). I was reading about "the __________ stretch" and a few others. What would be a good amount or routine to make use of these stretches?
 
How important is it to hold SSJ reps?

I can only hold them for 30-45 seconds. I get really engorged cause I reverse kegel blood in before I OK grip. But even then after 30 seconds or so my erections will fade.

I was wondering once your penis get to the top amount of pressure/engorgement, is that the goal to get it to that point or is it to hold it as long as possible on the squash?

girth, i remember DLD had a thread called FAST- squash jelqing, where each rep was about a minute long like you were talking about. eventually your hand strength will increase from doing these too.
 
what proofed most efective for you?

why aren't you using my exercises? :(
