So I just realized this new habit of my dick. Everyday, before I stretch, my dick has it's typical small size which is normal.
After I stretch for quite some time my BPSFL is .15-.25 inches more than it was after 10-20 minutes of stretching and
I've been pulling my dick here and there the whole day.

So basically what I'm experiencing is my dick being normal small size in the beginning of the day
to the rest of the day until I stretch then slowly the measurements go up after stretching.

Does it mean my original size will increase temporarily for the remainder of the day and then I go to sleep and it change back to
its original size the next day and it'll keep going like this for ever? Or eventually it'll start to get used to the new size? Although I don't see how it'll start to get bigger though if it's retracting every day. Does this happen to everyone? What do you guys say about the whole experience and what you all suggest I do?
 
You need to cement your gains check out some of my threads I have been doing a good job with cementing.

Ok How long do I need to put on extender to cement gains each day? Just to cement gains, 1-2 hours will be good? I have time issues...
 
I actually don't have an extender. Are you jelqing ? Maybe you should start jelqing to fill your stretched penis out with more blood that may help cement the stretch gains.
 
no I'm not but I been thinking about starting...I have an extender maybe I'll put both jelqing and extending to my routine...Question is, how long do I put on an extender to cement my gains?
 
Pen, do me a favor and like before, hold my hand and tell me again... Jelqing, I try to do it as erect as possible per DLD's suggestion in another thread. I find myself doing it out and up, so is that okay? Should you jelq in all directions?

Yes I jelq in all directions 100% erect. Since I started that I noticed new temporary gains. It gives a nice stretch while jelqing at the same time. I added that to my my progress thread

Yea you should really start jelqing. If your not filling up the stretches prints with enough blood the stretch itself is pointless. That's just my opinion. Are you using any supplements?
 
Great, I'll start doing that full time now... Now I do them fast, as in one a second I guess, start at the base and work my way up tightly to where the skin is bunched up around my head. Good no?

I would say my jelqs are maybe 2 seconds long.
 
Alright Pendulum I'm gonna start jelqing after stretches from today, right now matter of fact. How many jelqs you do per day or session? And I see your point I used to think the same just never put that thought into action.
 
Does the same rule apply to hanging as well? After hanging you jelq? ALso, what if you use extender would that work as a substitute as well?

I don't count jelqs I time them on a good day with time and privacy I can get in a total of 2hours jelqing (sets not 2hour straight). On a regular day with limited time and privacy I try to at least get 30 min to a hour of jelqing.
 
The penis has tissue similar to muscle tissue. When you go to the gym and workout you have a temporary pump then it reduces back to normal. The more you keep at it, those temporary pumps will become permanant. Now I think of stretching like a rubberband. The more and the longer you stretch it, the elastisity gets looser and soon the rubberband is long and stretchier. Jelqing will not necessarily cement your stretch gains but accent them. Once you deform the tissue, the added blood will help reform it stronger and longer. The Extender will help heal and cement the gains. A minimum of 4 hours a day will keep your penis much more elongated. For serious gains, men will use it for 8+ hours a day, but start off small then work your way up.

Sorry I lied. I time my erect jelqs. But I do count my flaccid jelqs. I do 10 in each direction until I get to 200. I usually can get about 3-5 sets of flaccid jelqs in one day.
 
Ok I see now Pendulum...I gotta get my mind off jacking off all the time..I just masturbated so my dick don't get hard now I can start stretching and around 8-9 when my dick is up at 100% again I'll be jelqing for a while.

IAmTheBishop, that is how I felt as well...I really believe the same thing but I haven't got results in the past 2-3 months from stretching a LOT...I did couple hours of streching during December-January, I still do about 2-3 hours of stretching in all directions but nothing else, that's it..And no warm up and warm down...Could that be an issue?
And I have an extender, only thing missing is the wrap as soon as I buy one I'll be using it.

Yea you definitely should be warming up and down! I try to ejaculate only once a week sometimes once every two weeks. I made the mistake of beating off before a workout the session was pretty much ruined. I learned my lesson after that first time.
