But if I don't ejaculate in 2 days I have a 90% chance of ejaculating while asleep...But yeah I'm also thinking about ejaculating as less as possible..You think ejaculation could be an issue for gains? And also, do light stretches or wrap your hand around your dick work as a warmup?

I don't think it hinders gains I just think it makes a session difficult. And no you need more heat than that I personally don't even think 5 minutes hot washcloth is enough for me I use a heating pad (the microwaveable kind) for as long as it stays hot anywhere between 15-30 minutes.

IAmTheBishop, that is how I felt as well...I really believe the same thing but I haven't got results in the past 2-3 months from stretching a LOT...I did couple hours of streching during December-January, I still do about 2-3 hours of stretching in all directions but nothing else, that's it..And no warm up and warm down...Could that be an issue?
And I have an extender, only thing missing is the wrap as soon as I buy one I'll be using it.

I see what you mean. Do you stretch for 2-3 hours all at one time? Or is that added time throught the day? Also, try breaking from basic stretching and do some fulcrum stretches or ones that really hit the ligaments. It could be that the basic all direction stretch has ran its course.

If you are doing Girth work, a decent warmup and warmdown session is required. The warmup to get the blood flowing well and the warmdown to keep it relaxed and heal properly. For stretching, a bit of light stretching is fine to loosen up the ligaments.
You can use ejaculation to your advantage for length work. The penis is much more pliable and stretchy and you can pull much farther without the pelvic floor hindering your stretch. I wouldn't suggest it everytime, but if you massturbate once a week or what have you, I would suggest to stretch after. Then put on an 2xtender or UJW for an hour.
 
Bishop, I'm just doing length work for now. Well this is what I do/have been doing since Feb 1. Come home at 7, ejaculate and etc until 8. Then from 8/8:30 I start stretching session...And I stretch until I go to sleep at around 12. I don't stretch straight 3-4 hours. I stretch around 1.5 hours to 2 hours. And another problem I face is some stretches I can not hold for 30 seconds long, I just lose grip. These also wastes lot of my time. Either way, I'm quite sure that I do minimum of one full newbie routine every day that I stretch (just stretch). One question, which one you think is better and more effective? stretching straight one after another or doing couple sets, taking breaks and then resuming is better? I usually do the second one although sometimes when I get in the mood I do the first as well..

Would just an hour be okay of Uncle Jim's Wrap or SG? I have SG, I just need to buy Uncle Jim's Wrap and I'll get started on ADS. BTW, you think just 1 hour right aftrer stretching would do? Also, if I want to use it as an ADS jsut to keep the penis extended, would it be okay for gains if I was to not stretch my dick as far out as possible and just stretch 50% out? I heard it'll work as well..

Could you please eloborate what you mean by "stretching one after the other" and "doing couple sets, taking breaks then resumming."? I'm not really too sure what you mean.

I would suggest not having such long of a session. It is a possibility that you may be overtraining it. You could have several stretching sessions throughout your day. Such as 4 sessions 30 minutes each session. Then your final session can be 1 hour.
If you don't have the time for that, then I would suggest putting on an Extender or UJW for an hour after your session. Then the next day, wear and Extender or UJW for most of the day to heal your tissues properly.

I like to use latex gloves, they help with grip. You aren't going to get a good stretch without a good grip. What stretches are you struggling with?

As far as the ADS, you should stretch it to your EL so that way it stays elongated and you'll notice the more you use it, that you can stretch your penis a little more eachh time you attatch it.
 
By one after another I mean like having minimal break after each set is done like starting on the next set right after this one's done..And by taking breaks and resuming I mean like sometimes I take 5-10 seconds break or maybe around 30 seconds...

I thought about that you know and also asked many questions about that..But DLD said you can't possibly overtrain your penis as far as manuals...So I mean that gave me some excuse to keep stretching...And yeah I'm trying to wake up earlier and do a 30 minute set or maybe more and then put on extender for 7-8 hours that I'm outside...Problem is I'm thinking can it be concealed enough that you can't notice a bump frm the outside? I see what you saying, but isn't training a lot every day better than healing, training, healing, training pattern? I meant, after I do stretches if I put on the extender it'll heal the same day right?

Well, sometimes yeah but only because I feel uncomfortable or feel like I'm just streching the skin and stuff then I let go of the stretch and stretch again. And most the times doing BTC while standing up is reaal uncomfortable because of my balls they get in the way and you get this weird pain type feeling...what do you suggest, stretching with both hands, with one hand grip on the base, and with the other pull out? Or stretch with just 1 hand?
That's actually a good idea I might get some latex gloves.
