Bishop, I'm just doing length work for now. Well this is what I do/have been doing since Feb 1. Come home at 7, ejaculate and etc until 8. Then from 8/8:30 I start stretching session...And I stretch until I go to sleep at around 12. I don't stretch straight 3-4 hours. I stretch around 1.5 hours to 2 hours. And another problem I face is some stretches I can not hold for 30 seconds long, I just lose grip. These also wastes lot of my time. Either way, I'm quite sure that I do minimum of one full
newbie routine every day that I stretch (just stretch). One question, which one you think is better and more effective? stretching straight one after another or doing couple sets, taking breaks and then resuming is better? I usually do the second one although sometimes when I get in the mood I do the first as well..

ADS jsut to keep the penis extended, would it be okay for gains if I was to not stretch my dick as far out as possible and just stretch 50% out? I heard it'll work as well..
