Newbie progress Start of my PE journey and adding supplements

Thanks to some suggestions by fellow members. I can now do a full 360 bundle for BTC. I still like doing 180 degrees BTC as well because I feel like I can pull harder.

Same AM PM length and PM girth workout.
I wear and ads during the day with light tension. Then at night I wrap to keep elongated.

June 3rd will be my 6 month mark since starting PE. I’ll measure again around that time to see what gains I’ve made.

Do you hold your stretch for 5 minutes, the elongation is insane when you progress here. Your entire body will shake in the beginning from these kind of long holds, and your finger strength and hand strength will get to a super human level. I'm weaker now, because I do not use my LengthMaster 3 any more.

yeah I do 5 to each side and then unclamp from LM3. Rest a bit and then back at it for a total of 20 min Am and then Pm

Perfect. This structure/programming is optimal for fast gains. Stretch harder for a shorter time, instead of doing it non optimal for a longer time. 💪
