Great, I'll start doing that full time now... Now I do them fast, as in one a second I guess, start at the base and work my way up tightly to where the skin is bunched up around my head. Good no?

3 to 4 seconds is best. You want to take your time so you can feel the routine very well. Jelqing shouldn't be done only. It should be done as a part of a solid routine because jelq is an amateur exercise.
