Nice going. Glad to see you getting things under control.
It sucks seeing some of these threads now but I hope they understand they're making things very bad. They both have good info to share, we just need a forum so they can squabble there. I'd bet it would a funny ass thread to read through. YKM would throw some info, templnite would throw up a funny video just to get a rise out of him. Let's keep it clean guys. We don't wanna lose good men over others beef.

I've thought about making a video but only to show the problem I was having but I'm going to hold off right now.

SWM has a great video on his sight ( hanger.com ) on how to wrap properly.

Now this is a side note for ykm and Templnite. Please don't fill my thread with your alls grievances. I've seen you two fuss in other people's threads and I would appreciate if you two would let this one be what it's meant for. Thanks gentlemen.

Update:
Yesterday I hung 3 sets 15 min each with 17lbs. Everything went really good. I added a little something extra to my wrap to try and control the "puffyness" of the skin at my glans and so far it's working.
I hung 3 sets today 15 min each with 17lbs using the same wrapping and it has helped. I'll be curious to see if it will help once I get to the higher weight where I kept having problems. I'm really anxious to try heavier weight to see if it helps but I'll restrain myself for now.
"What is it ?" you ask. I'm taking sports pre-wrap and wrapping it a few times just below my head just enough to keep it from swelling up while hanging. It still allows for it to create the "shoulder" for the hanger to sit against when I hang it just has kept it from swelling up which in my opinion was causing the skin break down. Like I said right now it had helped for me. Only time will tell if it will continue to help and if it will help at heavier weight.

Awesome! I love sports pre wrap. It is what made a huge difference in comfort for me using an extender and the LM. I now use a silicone sleeve beneath before the sports pre wrap when I do bundled stretches and it is even more comfortable.

Update:
Wednesday 12/16/15 I hung 3 set 15 min each with 17lbs. The little extra wrap I'm using seems to be helping. Haven't had any issues yet.

Thursday 12/17/15. I was not able to hang. I had to get up super early to go out of town for work and got back late. I'll use this day as one of my off days.

Friday 12/18/15. Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 17lbs. Everything with the wrap is still going good. Still taking things slow but I can't wait to see how it works with heavier weight.

Good to hear brother. Worry about that when the time comes. You got something great going right now.

Are you keeping things moisturized using Hydrocortisone?

Not sure what happened here on the site yesterday but I replied to DLD and runningignus and posted about my session but now it's gone. I kept trying to get on here last night but it kept saying something about the database. Oh well.

"Are you keeping things moisturized using Hydrocortisone?"
Yes. I've been using it everyday and it's helped out alot. It's kept it softer and I haven't had any skin dryness or cracking.

Crap I just realized both Monday and Tuesday's post are gone.

12/23/15
I hung 3 sets 15 min each. The first set I hung with 17lbs. My impatience got the better of me this morning so I went ahead and added 2.5lbs for my 2nd and 3rd set bringing me to 19.5lbs. It felt good but I'm a little afraid to get too excited we'll just see how things go but honestly it felt really good. :)

You know what you're doing now so you have a better understanding. We sometimes learn by making mistakes. As long as you get good fatiguing, your set.

I am so sorry for the data loss. We lost a few hours of data due to a database issue. Please repost and I am very sorry.

That's ok. I know stuff happens beyond control sometimes. No harm no foul. :)

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. On the first set I started with 17lbs for the first 5 mins just to get stretched and warmed up. I believe SWM calls that the Daves technique. For the next 10 mins I moved it up to 19.5lbs. For the 2nd and 3rd set I hung with 19.5lbs. Everything still going good. I can tell, at least for now, that with the way it feels I should be able to get back to my heaviest weight to date in a week or two. Then I'll be able to focus on reaching new goals.

If I don't say it tomorrow,
MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5lbs. Everything still going good.

12/27/15
Hung 3 sets 15 min each . The first and 2nd sets I hung with 19.5lbs. I was curious again so I added 2.5lb plate and hung with 22lbs. It felt good and I got a good stretch.

12/28/15
Hung 3 sets 15 mins each and again the first and 2nd sets I hung with 19.5lbs and the 3rd set I hung with 22lbs. I know it's not really the correct way to do the progressive hanging routine I'm just testing the waters and seeing how my little extra wrap technique will do at heavier weight. So far it's working out really good. I feel like I'll definitely be able to hang more weight soon. I'm out of weight plates so I'm gonna have to get a 20 lb plate this weekend to get prepared.
Still trying not to get to excited about what's to come but things are looking good for now.

Sometimes it takes more time to increase weights as you keep going up. I know from my own personal experience, and with the men I have worked with, things can slow down. You just have to keep trying and you will go back to increasing again.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. Again 1st and 2nd set hung with 19.5lbs and the 3rd set hung with 22lbs. I'm getting a real good stretch right now. Everything seems to be holding up real good. I'm so glad I figured my wrapping out. It's made all the difference in the world. So has the hanger 2. I know everybody is different and can handle or work with different devices that best suits them and for now the hanger 2 has allowed me to hang comfortably and effectively. I feel that it won't be long and I'll be setting a new personal best in weight.

Great to see Ivea! I'd stay with the weight range of 19.5 to 22lbs for at least a month now. Focusing on trying to get to the point that you are hanging the entire week with 22lbs if possible. At least, you should shoot for your first 3-4 days of the week with all sets being done with 22lbs, before needing to reduce your weight to finish your sets for the week. THEN, try moving up in weight the following month, or after you are able to hang most of your week as said above with 22lbs.

This post makes me feel good about what I'm doing because this is pretty much exactly what I was planning on doing. At least I know I'm going in the right direction. Like you said I'm going to stay the course until I can hang pretty much the entire week with the 22lbs before I add anymore weight.
Thanks SWM.

Thanks D. I really appreciate SWM'S advice and direction as well. It's nice to see that he's not just here to sell his product but will also guide you thru your journey if needed.

I also need to thank runningignus for all of his encouragement and advice. It's nice to have some brothers to stand behind me during my journey to offer advice, direction, and encouragement. Sometimes that's all it takes to continue on even when some days I don't feel like getting up early to do my session I feel like I'll not only let myself down but also those that have stood behind me. sili as it may seem it does give you that extra push.
