Ok, keep pushing you'll work through it. Occasionally push against your hanger, downward during your sets. This adds occasional extra resistance without actually adding more weight.

I didn't post yesterday but I hung 3 sets 15 min each at 19.5lbs. Today I also hung 3 sets 15 min each but today I could only do 17 lbs. Damn it I'm going backwards instead of fowards. I think though I might have figured out my problem or I found a problem anyway. When I hang I still get a lot of build up mostly on the underside at the frenulum. It fills up pretty good with blood (I'm assuming ) seems to have caused some issues. I think I need to take off a few days to let it heal then start again. Notice in the pictures the black spots. I know that it's just blood but I'm sure that's not a good thing. The pictures were taken an hour after I hung this morning and you can still see the irritation if the skin .
I tell you what, if anytime I was going to give up on this this week would have been it.
It was kinda difficult to twist my dick around hold it and take a picture but I hope you can see what I'm talking about.

The first or second picture (sorry but I don't know which picture shows up first or second but I referring to the one where I'm rolling the skin over my head a little ) I tried to show what it does when I hang but it gets alot bigger than that.

Skin burn and stretch. I get it sometimes as well, mine is on the corona edge of my glans once a month. I can get pretty ashy, so I always apply lotion and ointment whenever I can. Remember, your using a different type of hanger. Try getting a softer bottom layer of wrap. Somehow the wrap is sliding down your shaft and irritating the skin. Massage and stretch throughout the day while washing and reapplying ointment. Stay doing manual stretches so as not to lose whatever growth you have.

Well actually it's not. If you look where the redness is and fades going back towards the pubic bone, where it's not red is where my wrap ends and it doesn't slide. What's happening is from the pressure of hanging causes it to swell (assuming from blood) right there real bad. I should've took a picture before I took my wrap off. I'll take one next time I hang to show you what I'm talking about. I am following your advice though about keeping lotioned up. Right now I'm using an antibiotic cream and apply it 3+ times a day. Heal up and start again. Not going to let it get me too down. :)

Get yourself a tube of bacitracin and hydrocortisone. The bacitracin use on the open cuts, the hydrocortisone for the terribly dried skin. I think if you heal and continue to use hydrocortisone you will not experience the cuts.

I've got some hydrocortisone and I'll get some bacitracin.
I kinda lied in my last post when I said I wasn't going to let it get me down. What I should've said is I'm gonna "try" not let it get me down. I guess it's just battle scars.
 
One of two things likely caused this bruising. Either you did not have a good, solid anchor point before you started hanging and the weight pulled forward under pressure, or you attempted a big weight increase before your penis was ready for it. One of those is usually the cause from my experience anyway.

Other causes may be too loose of a wrap, or your hanger isn't tight enough. You are completely flaccid before you put your hanger on?

Awesome. Use the Bacitracin on the open areas and use the Hydrocortisone, after you have healed, everyday to keep skin in perfect order.
 
How do you wrap IVADREAM? Or if you have already said this can you point out what post # it is in?

Yeah I'm flaccid when I put on the hanger and I think everything is tight. I get only the same movement as you get in your video were you skin kinda rolls over your head a little creating a "shoulder". I'm going with to big of a weight increase to quick. All though at first everything felt good when I increased the weight I think it still might have been to much to soon. I'm really not sure. I'm going to drop my weight to 17 lbs which is the last weight I was at before I started having trouble and one I haven't really had to grit my teeth to make it thru my sets. I'm going to give it at least a week or longer till I'm comfortable moving up. I might have been to eager to increase weight before the entire penis was conditioned.

I wrap the same manner SWM wraps. It has been the best wrap I've done so far with the hanger. I've tried other wraps even yours (no offense) for the hanger and this one has been the best.

Same here, been using Still's wrap for like 10 years now :) Even when I ban him I still use his wrap :)

No need to say no offense. Doesn't matter to me how someone wraps. All that matters is any man finds the best way to wrap for themselves. WOuld you ever consider making a video where you show how to do your wrap then you apply the weight after showing how you apply the wrap and the hanger? That would help so many men

I've thought about making a video but only to show the problem I was having but I'm going to hold off right now.

Now this is a side note for ykm and Templnite. Please don't fill my thread with your alls grievances. I've seen you two fuss in other people's threads and I would appreciate if you two would let this one be what it's meant for. Thanks gentlemen.

Update:
Yesterday I hung 3 sets 15 min each with 17lbs. Everything went really good. I added a little something extra to my wrap to try and control the "puffyness" of the skin at my glans and so far it's working.
I hung 3 sets today 15 min each with 17lbs using the same wrapping and it has helped. I'll be curious to see if it will help once I get to the higher weight where I kept having problems. I'm really anxious to try heavier weight to see if it helps but I'll restrain myself for now.
"What is it ?" you ask. I'm taking sports pre-wrap and wrapping it a few times just below my head just enough to keep it from swelling up while hanging. It still allows for it to create the "shoulder" for the hanger to sit against when I hang it just has kept it from swelling up which in my opinion was causing the skin break down. Like I said right now it had helped for me. Only time will tell if it will continue to help and if it will help at heavier weight.
