I think I reached my fatigue point this morning.
Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set went without a hitch. I hung 19.5lbs. 2nd set started with 19.5 lbs but by the 10 min mark my dick was screaming(a good scream though) so I had to drop to 17lbs to finish up my set. My 3rd set I started back at 19.5lbs but by the 8 min mark he was screaming again so I dropped back to 17lbs to finish. All was good no actual pain just the burn and good ache of being wore out.
It's like if you hold your arm out straight holding something and after a while your shoulder starts to burn and you just can't hold it up anymore. It felt just like that. Just couldn't hold it anymore. Good workout.
 
If you stretch flaccid the next day in a downward direction, do you feel an ache in your pubic area?

Oh yes. Especially starting the first set the next day. Just like stretching a sore muscle the following day after a work out. Nothing painful or anything just a sore muscle. I'm assuming that's good right? Even during the day that I don't wear my VLC when I pull on it it's a little sore. That's why I like wearing the VLC after I hang cause I feel like it's healing elongated. At the end of the day that I wear my VLC I can pull on it and it's not as sore which is telling me the ligs are not tightening up thru out the day they are staying loose healing stretched. That's gotta help right?

Wow what a workout. Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5lbs. I was able to hang all 3 sets with 19.5lbs and the time flew by. I felt like I was getting a great stretch in all 3 sets. In between my 2nd and 3rd set when I was allowing circulation to return I got a massive hard on and I was thinking "well where did you come from? " I had to wait a couple extra minutes for it to subside. Not sure why today was better than yesterday but I had no problems at all with today's session. In my opinion it was a great workout.

Your at the greatest point of benefits from hanging. You've found your weight threshold and your body is reacting perfectly. The ragers are a sign of excellent work. Your mind is in a state of euphoria and in sync with what you want to happen, so it's flooding your penis with nutrients. I wanna say to do erect pulls while your hard in between sets but I don't want you to exhaust yourself before finishing your sets. If you find yourself getting hard ons at all through the day, get in some erect pulls. That way your getting lig and inner penis stretching. Also, keep the VLC on as long as you can, it does exactly as you said, heal and extend at the same time.
 
Well it's amazing the difference between one day and the next. Now don't get me wrong I still had a good workout as far as workouts go I was still able to hang 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5lbs for all 3 sets I just didn't have the same feeling and reaction as I did yesterday. I know that not every session is going to be great (believe me I know ) it's just amazing to me that one day from the next can be so different but I guess that's just part of it. All good though.

Another little thought. It's funny to me how the mind can be so wired to one thing over time and changing that one thing takes even longer or never at all. Let me explain. All my life when I was flaccid and in a resting state my dick was either just short or even turtled up. Every once in a blue moon I would hang a little bit but more than not I was drawed up and when it was cold like it is now, shit forget it, I'd have to stick my finger up my ass to scare it out just to pee. Now that I've been hanging for a couple months when I'm flaccid and in a resting state I'm actually still hanging usually about 5" sometimes more. Yet I'll be sitting there and have the feeling that it's still drawed up and reach down to kinda pull it out and low and be hold it's laying there 5+ inches out. It's like the phantom pain that people who loose a finger or foot or hand but they still feel like it's there sometimes for the rest of their lives. I feel like it's drawed up even though it's hanging. The mind is a wonderful yet sometimes frustrating thing. :)

Me as well brother. When I sit on the toilet, I always remember an old member "BIB", who says after he hung for so long, he had to make sure his flaccid penis didn't drop in the water. After hanging like I have, I now see how much longer my flaccid hangs and that one day I might have to hold my dick up when sitting down lol. Just food for thought lol.

lol, I used to use this measurement technique. :) I found out the issues with it were all toilets have different depths. I always hit the water at my house and then one day I did not any longer. I had a huge anxiety attack:) But I measured the water level and realized there was less water in the bowl than there was a week earlier, for whatever reason. :) Toilets can fuck with your head!
 
Seat thickness can also affect perceived distance to the water. You have to measure seat thickness, water level, add in the length of your current flaccid hang, add these numbers together, then divide by 3.14.

Didn't post but I got in a hanging session on Saturday. I hung 3 sets 15 min each. The first 2 sets I hung with 19.5 lbs. The 3rd set, since everything was feeling real good, I hung with 22lbs, my max weight before I started to have problems a while back. It felt good and was able to get in 15 min without any problems. Took off Sunday.
Now Mondays seem to be the hardest time for me. I guess cause I take off on Sundays. Anyway I started off the first set at 19.5 lbs just trying to get everything stretched back out again, did 15 mins and things weren't to bad.
On my second set I started with 22 lbs to see how it felt since Saturday's last set went so good. I made it about half of my set and had to drop back to 19.5lbs. Still did 15 mins (by the way I stop my timer when I'm switching weight I want to make sure I get the full 15 mins).
On my 3rd set I again started off with 22lbs and again about halfway through the set I had to drop back to 19.5lbs. I still was able to hang 3 sets 15 min each.
I know fractional weights would help me at this point but I just don't have them. I'll keep trying this method until I can get to hanging all 3 sets with 22lbs. Hopefully I can get some fractional weights soon. All in all everything is going good. I love the changes I'm already seeing visually and even what I can't see going on.
 
Sounds great brother. Look at prices near you for the fractional weights, golf weights or bat weights as well. Their round as well and might slip over the pipe you have. They might be cheaper or more money, just giving you a variety to look for. Even those ankle weights with the little inserts. Their like 1 lb per little sleeve. Just pull out 1 or 2 sleeves when you need to lower weight or add, easier and faster than to unhook and lose the little bit of time. Like add 1 lb for 2 minutes, remove 1, add 3. It'll be good for Mondays when you start over. Hell, even buy a solid pipe that you can cut into 1 lb or .5 lb pieces that you can skip inside the pipe hanger lol. All kinds of crap lol. That's why I don't frequent the hardware stores. I'll stand for an hour just thinking of what I can do. Gets annoying when 10 people ask if you need help, like really, do you hang weights off your dick. I'd like to run some ideas by you. C'mon lol.

Man so far this week my sessions have been a struggle. I've been able to get all 3 sets in at 15 min each but I have been having to grit my teeth to get the last part of each session in. I feel like I'm going thru another phase of my stretch. This week I have felt like I'm putting alot more stretch on the shaft and it's not as tough as the ligs are so it's been taking a beating. I get that burning sensation in the shaft about midway thru the session. I believe it's the good burn but I can tell it's really taking a whoopin. Anyway;
I hung 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5lbs. Wasn't able to go back up to 22lbs like I did yesterday.
 
There will be days or weeks that'll go by without a hitch, but then you get those few that test your resolve. Double check that the wrap or the hanger isn't sliding at all. That could give you a skin burn real easily. Massage and apply ointment like cortisone to help. The skin is always the worse. First to stretch and first to get hurt. Just stay aware for any signs of skin damage. I had to take a week off before because I didn't take care of my skin. I learned that the first time. Now there is always a tube of cortisone in the nightstand.
 
Thanks brother. I too have a tube of hydrocortisone in the bathroom cabinet. The burn I'm feeling though is a deeper burn than a skin burn and it doesn't start burning until about midway thru the set. It's like a good stretch burn but it still wears the little fellow out. I'm not sure how flexible you are but I can't bend over and touch my toes without the back of my legs and the area behind my knees burning. That's kinda of the feeling I'm feeling. It's just in the shaft instead of ligs. Like I said though it's all good just wearing it out quicker so far this week. Tomorrow is another day :) .
 
Ok good. I'm able to touch the floor but I like staying flexible. Plenty more tomorrow's.
 
Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5lbs. Still a little bit of a struggle but still completed the sets.

No cause it's not been so much starting off it's just I feel like I'm getting fatigued a lot quicker than I was last week and it just hasn't felt "comfortable" all week for some reason and I'm not sure what I'm doing different. I haven't even been able to think about going up to 22lbs like I did my last set Saturday.
