Just make sure as you move up in weight, your anchor is in fact remaining solid and you keep the hanger as tight as possible. There's no such thing as "too tight". Always tighten some more after the first few minutes of each set. The interstitial fluid gets pushed out and allows for more tightening. Stay wrapped between sets and massage. I think I reached my fatigue point this morning.
Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set went without a hitch. I hung 19.5lbs. 2nd set started with 19.5 lbs but by the 10 min mark my dick was screaming(a good scream though) so I had to drop to 17lbs to finish up my set. My 3rd set I started back at 19.5lbs but by the 8 min mark he was screaming again so I dropped back to 17lbs to finish. All was good no actual pain just the burn and good ache of being wore out.
It's like if you hold your arm out straight holding something and after a while your shoulder starts to burn and you just can't hold it up anymore. It felt just like that. Just couldn't hold it anymore. Good workout.
