Today I will start with manual training + slow acclimatization to my BM xtreme every morning.
Also I start very slowly with my Penimaster.

I still have some school stress atm, so in like 2-3 weeks I will start with 20min BM and 8-10h Penimaster

I took new measurements 2 weeks ago so nothing can stop me now.

It is geared for all men and if it is too much in that capacity you could scale it down by either cutting the routine in half or going every other day.
