Hi there,

I'm looking for some advice.
I started my DLD's newbie routine 48 days ago. I did the newbie routine until the 38th day. I gained a solid 0.2 inch. My length is 6.7 inch and my girth remained the same (5,7inch).

The problem is when i do my routine this will take me like 3 hours because i have to wait untill my erection goes away. I keep getting a hard on between every set. It's annoying and it's a shame because i've read people will do it in like 30-45 minutes. I'm now in a very busy period (engineering student) with tests comming up... My plan was to do pre tunica bundled stretches only. 6x 1 minute bundled stretch to the left and 6x1 minute bundled stretch to the right. This will take me 60 minutes.... This should only take me like 15-20 minutes? But my hard on keeps annoying me.

Is this enough to maintain length through months?
Like until the summervacation in July? Will i gain from this if i do it on consistent basis? 5 days on and 2 days off.

I wear the phallosan forte as much as i can as soon as i come home from college. And the Size Genetics Extender aswell.

I also do rubberband kegels. On monday, wednesday, friday. I find these to be very effective.

Also if i do pre tunica stretches until July, do i have to worry about overconditioning of my penis? Can i just start with the newbie stretch routine where i left off? All of this will be supported with constant heat (infra red heating pad)

I really want to maximize my manual length gains and i'm not bothered to do this for years because it's totally integrated into my lifestyle. But sometimes i have to reduce my PE time to a minimum to keep everything rolling.

I'm very happy with my penis size and i can't wait to see it like 2 inches longer. I love PE and everyday i visualize my penis growing larger and larger.

I think it will do you more good if you stick to the Newbie routine along with you Phallosan forte. As for the constant erection, it's good to ejaculate before your length session, this makes it easier to stretch the penis.

So it is better to max out the newbie routine? And when I plateau I throw in the pre tunica bundled stretches?

But i'm already pretty conditioned with pre tunica stretches first and afterwards the newbie routine... Do I need a decondition break? Or shall I just continue with the newbie routine.

Btw I lost sensitivity in my glans due to stretching and handjobs from GF. Any idea's on how to restore sensitivity?

If you're already conditioned its time to increase intensity. The only way to increase intensity is to add more time to stretches/exercises and or add more exercises to your routine. Check out this thread for an example routine to

The only way I know to restore sensitivity would to have your foreskin overlap your glans. Protecting the glans will make your glans more sensitive since they're protected by the skin and not touched constantly. You can try foreskin restoration if you don't have enough skin to cover your head.

Doesn't seem possible, sounds more like your mentality. Learn to relax your mind when doing PE and having sex with your partner.

No de-conditioning period is needed, purchase a Lengthmaster as huge-girth suggested. meanwhile, keep utilizing your free time where you can for PE

I don't have any idea on how to restore sensitivity. If you are well conditioned, I suggest you get a length master and start doing bundled stretches with it.
