Hey MOS Brothers,

started Penis Enlargement on 08/08/2014!

My Equipment: Penimaster Pro Hydromax x40 xtreme


My measurements:
BPFSL 17,3cm
BPEL 17,5cm
NBEL 15,5cm
EG Base 14,5cm Mid 13,3cm Top 12,9cm
FL ~8-9cm
FG Base ~11cm Mid ~10,5cm Top ~10,5cm


Hope I can reach my extreme goals :D It will be a long and hard way, but I'll give my best!
I'm always open minded for hints and criticism.

That's the same equipment I'm using combined at the moment except I have the regular Bathmate.

I have tons of notes on the routine and a update is coming soon to my sticky thread in the noobie section.

A tip I can give you with the PMP is you can wear a silicone sleeve with it cut to your custom size. You can find them on absilicone.

Also switch your girth routine to the 5x5x3 superset like mentioned in the SRT routine.

All my other notes are too detailed and long to post at the moment.

OP you should be more clear when posting, what is your Goal length and girth? And the title is misleading as shit...
 
Ok, so this is like a log, sweet. Could have started it in that forum, too. So, nice measurements. What's your extreme goal? Also, where did you get inspired to start P.E.?

If you want a more solid routine, check out DLD's newbie routine. Goes well with the equipment you already have.

Isn't it correct to add 1 hour per day, from starting point "1hour", until I reach like 8-10 hours wearing an ADS per day?

I saw beside ���� some advertises "gain few inches with this tablets in less than 4 weeks".
After seeing it for like a few hundred times, i searched in the net if it's possible to gain penis length.
I found many interesting articels and then I found this site :D

Cool. 9 NBP or BP? Either way I would like nothing more than to get to 9 BP or NBP lol...8 NBP is my main goal though..
 
Hey guys.. A few days ago I started stretching doing btc and downward angles. I was feeling great fatigue during and after the stretch but now I barely feel the stretch and am not fatiguing like I was initially. I'm stretching w intensity. What can I do to get fatigue back? Thx

There is this thread that MikeShlort named (this is a must read) or something like that. If you read what he says in his 1st post- then you might have toughened your ligs too much...

Or maybe you're doing some Defensive Kegels, which make your stretch less intense than it should be ...

I guess, a lig toughening isn't really avoidable at all. One "just" (might not be that easy as it sounds) has to keep the ratio of applied force, lig stretching and lig toughening in an efficient state. But, yea, generally I agree.
One experience I've made with the supposed lig toughening is, that over time it took me longer and longer to get a good stretch in, i.e. I sometimes needed half an hour of stretching to have myself warmed up and loosened to a degree that allowed me to get the really effective work done. Thus the workouts lasted 60 mins and longer. Maybe that's the situation BigAl is in right now

So that is what DLD has been doing lately... He's been into Penis Enlargement for quite a lot of time (and he's been doing it intense!), but I guess he took all he could from his ligaments...

I am unsure whether someone's ligs can turn back to normal once they have been toughened due to the fibrosis... .This is very interesting and I think it would be great to have this answered- if you have been doing intense Penis Enlargement for years and have developed severe ligament fibrosis (making good stretches almost impossible), can you get them back to normal after a Penis Enlargement pause period?

I also ask the same questions. Well, DLD must be doing something right! He's DOUBLE LONG! :)
 
I've been feeling great intensity when grabbing my Dick at the base and doing btc and upward angles.. I believe this uses expressive stretching to pull out the inner penis. I get good fatigue from this. Do you guys think this is a good way to gain by pulling out inner penis?

Well, I remember this thread where the OP asked whether BTC base stertching stretched the ligaments (because some feel that when they grip near the glans they stretch more skin than actual penis) and it was not answered, but I'd like to know that as well. In fact- this is what I've been wondering about for the last few weeks now LMAO :)

Trainings feels good, I train as I want that my dick can accustom himself to the training, soon I will start doing it regularly. :)

Yes my thoughts exactly. Back about 2 years ago I did bundled stretching in the LM and I pulled hard and Btc straight but I wasn't consistent with it and stopped.

Even before that I would attempt hanging with homemade devices and socks but not very long until I moved on. All in all it only equaled to a handful of sessions.

Over the years I was always taking breaks getting new equipment and evolving. Before I read this I was only using the SG at low tension and seeing good results but I wonder if they could have been better if I didn't condition myself on and off for years.
 
Still training, it's ok if I go soft in the beginning and increase the intensitiy in few weeks? or should I train hard that I feel the pain during stretching, in the Bathmate and during jelqing?
