Now since your penis has no conditioning, you should realize that you must start from the bottom and work your way to the more and more intense exercises. Before I tell you what routine you should follow and where you should start- I must tell you that gains come slowly and with time. It takes time, hard work and a ton of DEDICATION to succeed in Penis Enlargement (and this goes for any aspect of life as well). Do not set your hopes too high at the beginning. This routine will not only get your penis stretched in different angles to give you maximum starting gains and give you mastery over the mother of all girth exercises (I believe this is said to be the first Penis Enlargement exercise documented), which is a very effective exercise as well, but will also condition your penis so that you can move on to the more intense exercises and therefore get more and more gains without hitting a plateau. Do not risk doing more intense exercises until you are conditioned and have at least a few months of Penis Enlargement behind your back. They might be more effective and more intense, but if you damage your penis, you’d have to stop Penis Enlargementing for some time (depends on how severe you injured yourself). That being said- I believe this is all you should know for now.

And can someone give me an advice with Penimaster Pro problemes?

After wearing it for like 30mins, it's hurting extremly at the Base when I use the rod-system. The basering is too tight for me?
I thought I could handle it with socks between the ring and my skin, but no chance, it's hurting so much.

With the Belt system I couldn't straighten such a good pull like with the rod system.

Help me please :D

Why does it hurt? From pinching the skin? If so, if you can't use cushioning to prevent pain, try a different angle or situate yourself where it doesn't pinch. Also, if you get a little chub it can make it difficult to keep the base from hitting the hinges, which is where the pinching usually happens.

Hmm I started using a sock, but it hasn't helped much.
What would you advise me to get a chub?
I will try some different angels now and test if that would help me.

I would try to abstain from chubs during extending :p It adds more girth and can contribute to the pain you're experiencing. What I like to do is wrap my SG base (the plastic thingy) with some sports tape, then a layer of really thin foam wrap over that. It helps to create a cushion against your fat pad and near your sack without being too obtuse and bulky. You can do basically the same thing with your Penimaster.

Oh, and do you have any turkey neck?

As I started yesterday, my dick is feeling great :D Hope I can soon rech the 9inch mark ;)
Using at morning the Hydromax xtreme x40 (in the beginning) only 5-10mins and before I go to bed I train manually 15min stretching, 15min jelqing and pumping sometimes beside for like 1-3 minutes each.
Is this okay for the beginning?

in the morning: 5-15min Bathmate xtreme

in the evening:
  • 15min stretching
  • 15min jelqing
  • during jelqing pumping sometimes for 1min, that it becomes bigger = 5min total

I had to start new at 04/28/2014 because I had very much stress the time before.
But since I started again at 04/28/2014, my dick is feeling flacid bigger and erect it feels harder and bigger :D
I can't wear the Penimaster Pro rod-system, very sadly because my base hurts too much after few mins. But I will try the belt-system soon !

I would offer the suggestion to pad the base of your Penimaster with soft cotton cloth and retry, this alleviates much of the base tension.
