I'm probably doing them wrong then. All I know to do is twist it until there's 1 or two lines, then grab the base of your penis and head, then pull in the opposite direction. Am I right?

It's not completely engorged with blood.. It just seems more engored than a penis that is completely flacid, but when I let go it's completely flacid. Got any videos that show this snazzy exercise?

this exercise shouldn't be done erect or partially erect. Ala completelty flaccid.

Yeah it is, but twisting it seems to trap all the blood together..

I tried these, I was able to bundle my dick 2-3 times and pull different directions I felt the stretch right where I was suposed to. I liked it.

This stretch will only give me the potentail for length gains and not girth?

I've experienced girth gains with all the stretches. But the tunica stretch is definitely aimed at length gains.

Bazooka,

This tunica stretch is for advanced P.E.ers. I forgot that you're just starting, right? I would avoid this stretch for now and stick with the Newbie routine as outlined by DLD. I don't want you getting hurt before you've got some time under your belt.

Plus, there is no rush to the advanced shit before you retired the beginners exercise. Leave no place for failure, use every level of Penis Enlargement from the bottom to the top...

Thanks 11x7 and DLD.

Yes January secound will be my first month p.e'ing. I'll stop doing the tunica stretches untill I have a couple of months under my belt.

11, I caught what you said but I knew that you didn't mean it like that. I sometimes write out things in the same way.

how long and how many reps should I do?

Start with 10 and try to work up to 30 for a solid length routine. If you are making this part of your length routine stick with 10.

These are powerful--but not for Newbies, for sure.

True indeed. I have not done them in a minute but they are very, very intense. I love my illustration too:)

Awesome discovery and these are brilliant to add into your stretches. Bundles are going to crack open tunicae gains.
