Guys,

If you're experiencing painful skin stretches try to apply some oil on the shaft! This really helps me to reduce the pain of skin stretching. This way I can almost do a 720 degrees bundled stretch! Way more efficient for me. Less pain, more intense stretching. I absolutely love these stretches. I do them with my lengthmaster attached. Remember to ease into it.

I do them every single day before my lengthmaster routine.
 
DLD do you still support your old opinion that a bundled work is a must, before girth workout.What is your experience with girth gains and bundles?I feel no matter what girth work I do, my tunica doesnt allow for enough expansion.According to tgc theory, my tunica is a limiting factor.

The Tunica is a limiting factor but with Bundled Stretching the limitations are lifted. Some men have a more dense Tunica than other, some have a thicker tunica than others, so there are some things that should be factored in. Bundles, over 2-3 month, should bring incredible gains in both length and girth. If these results are not coming I would assume your Tunica is thicker or more dense than average. This is nothing to fear, it only means you need more intensity. If you have a LengthMaster use that to bundle and stretch as it is the most powerful method. If you do not have a LengthMaster get one! It is the most important piece of PE equipment possible. Not only does it destroy the Tunica destiny but there are hundreds of other uses.

I am having a lot of fun with it andGod answered my prayers in a strange way too. I bought the newest 4th generation Apple TV already Jailbroken. I ordered it but I knew there would be access to ���� so I was worried I would end up messing up because of this. To my surprise, and praise the Lord for this, everything works great accept the ����! :) The applications to watch are ridiculously slow and sloppy. I am now happy to know that the temptation was removed as I prayed from the minute I bought it until I set it up that I would not fall into temptation.

But, yes, thank you for covering for me with intelligent and well thought out replies. This is a great help when I get too much to handle. Bless You!
 
This is a very great excercise, and a powerful one. I have just added one thing in it and need other ppl to chime in thier experiance as well as from #DLD. I do the excercise as per instruction but at the very end of each rep, maintaing the position of each hand i.e one behind the glan and one at the base i pull my base grip upward while keeping the other hand in its place. This provides a very powerful stretch to the internal penis. I want to know if someone has done it or not? U can feel a very powerfull tug in the internal penis which is provided by the bundle , both the grips and the hand position. I do this in a seated position

It is a great exercise that has gotten buried. If I pulled up all the exercises I created you would find many thread with one , two or even no replies only to see the exercise surface years later as the hottest thing going. This exercise falls into that area. It is a very powerful way to Bundle and Stretch, the only thing more powerful would be the LengthMaster Bundles. Thanks for trying this exercise and using it, now maybe others will do the same.

Exactly! In my opinion if possible every stretch should be done bundled because it just seems that bundles deliver more length. And of course every stretch should be done in the Lengthmaster. HugeGirth is doing his whole routine bundled using a Lengthmaster. What a wonderful thread to dig up, thank you for bumping this as it will help many men gain that much faster

THE EXERCISE
In a completely flaccid state BUNDLE your penis 1-3 times (Whatever works for you). Once is a BUNDLED state one hand grips penis with OK grip at the extreme base and the other grips just below the glans. Now stretch in opposite directions. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds. After each 30 second rep change hands and RE BUNDLE in the opposite direction.

WHY THIS WORKS
The TUNICA is a sheath that covers the penis very similar to when we wear a condom. When we stretch the TUNICA we generally go for upward stretches in hopes of stretching this extremely tough tissue. The biggest problem with this is that much of the energy of the stretch is being used on the LIGS because we are only stretching in one direction and the lowest stress point in this will always be the LIGS. Using this technique will allow you to apply energy of stretch to both ends of the TUNICA allowing a much better, more effective TUNICA stretch. Since we are stretching at the base and below the glans most of the stretch energy is being applied to the space between the two stretching points, this space is the TUNICA

Insane, bundled stretching works people. Forget over complicating it, just grab your dick, bundle it a few times and stretch to see what I mean.

Yeah, first off, thanks for your research and openness.

The bundles cause a fantastic stretch. I hypothesize they are the ultimate exercise. After contemplating everything PE for some time, the epiphany (after digesting your content, plus weighing all other exercises/device methods) was that indeed bundles were the most effective way to create reliable stress and gains at maximum attenuation of the tunica.

That said, I have a long way to go until it's an utter fact in my mind. Theoretically, it makes perfect sense and short term there are promising indications.

My methodology however is to first bundle, and in the bundled state, slowly and prudently take both hands, close together from the base, and counter twist thoroughly along the entire length. Doing a pure rotation twist and then a rotation pull at each point, thus maximizing the tunica stresses cumulatively and not only at one stress point.

Starting at the base, you do the stretch, and move both hands up a small amount, based on your desired attenuation, and repeat.

The ligs have no part in this stretch, just tunica focused. All manually done, which I believe is sufficient, for me.

So, it creates an intense localized stretch at each point along the entire shaft from base to head. Then, bundle the other way and repeat. Done in sets and followed by practically any standard exercise should yield unlimited, efficient gains. It's not a matter of if, just when or when is too much gain. You can't go back once it's done, so set a goal.
