This works in the same principle as a TOW stretch, except this seems tobe more intense and should work better from the bundle.

Definitely would. I just think that most stretches, even tunica specific stretches (upward, etc.) translate to the LIGS mainly. I wanted a stretch that would concentrate the energy from the BASE upwards and from the GLANS downward...to me this was the only way to isolate the TUNICA.
I did my best set of these last night (only 3 sets of 30 seconds twisted both ways), but that was enough. My cock was sore after that! It feels to be a great stretch though!!

On a side note: Something I have taken to heart will length exercises is that a good routine contains a few different components. A variety of exercise will keep the sessions interesting and if picked right they will attack different areas of growth.
Ok I did this exercise and I could not pull my penis as far as with other stretches. I guess its due to the bundling of the tunica. Like I can normally pull to 9.5, but with this I could only pull to about 8.5 or less, and it seemed tougher

The reason why you are pulling shorter is twofold. First a good BUNDLE will initially shorten the FLACCID length of the penis. Two, you are stretching in two, opposite directions. When you do a one way stretch the LIGS are lending quite a bit of length to the overall stretch size. When doing this the stretch concentration, although tougher and shorter, is on the TUNICA. The TUNICA is made up of only 5% elasticity so it is a very tough thing to stretch. Keep at it because TUNICA gains are the secret to making unlimited LENGTH gains.
