You don't necessarily have to stick with the DLD phases. If you think something else would help you accomplish your goals then go for it. But I would recommend at least finish phase 1 and try your hand at phase 2. If it doesn't look like it will work out, you can change it how you see fit. I did phase 2 for a few days, but it took too much time (I'm very busy) so I changed it. No biggie.

Gandolf has a thread with some Penis Enlargement videos, but I need to go to bed so I don't have the time to look for it. Do a search on Gandolf's videos. Good luck.

If you actually mean slightly i would say its ok. Even half aroused may be too much though.

As i am in phase one i havent looked at other phases but get the impression from the forum that you do aroused stretches later.

Your penis will calm down and stop getting excited during stretches soon, stick at it. It rarely happens for me now.

The newbie routine as written by DLD was originally done in two parts, so split it if you want :)

In regards to stretching twice a day, bottom line is i cant tell you. No one can tell anyone else what would definitely work best for you, hell, lets be honest we're all somewhat guessing about our own workouts, trying to stand on the shoulders of others to get where we want to go.

Most important thing is to try something, listen to your body and never, ever overtrain or hesitate to take a break to heal anytime you think you may need it.
 
Thanks once again levista! How's the workout comin along?? Also... I know it sounds ridiculous, but should I be getting the red spots everyone is talking about? Does this mean my jelqing isn't intense enough? Ahhaha... never thought I'd want red dots on my dick

Nah, this only happens to some guys, it is in no way an indication of gains.

I've only seen them once in 4 and a bit weeks of this myself.

My workouts are going well, seem to be heading towards taking another day of rest, moving to a 5on 2off routine, real life commitments and tiredness/pain in the groin are telling me to do this.

im having a really hard time feeling the rotating stretches and the pulling straight up...my hands keep sliding, and I can't keep a good stretch going... any tips? and how is it straight up... to your belly, or to the roof?

Hands sliding? You're not using any lube for stretches I hope!?! With stretches your grip will improve over time, you are basically doing workout sets on your grip after all. Squeeze more, you wont hurt yourself but as always, listen to your body for any pains.

With straight up i do the roof and lie back a little, i'm guessing the main thing is to do a stretch well away from the down direction so roof/belly makes little diffference, both should be good.

Your up stretch you should feel quite well though I would have thought? The up and down ones are the ones i get the best feeling on.

I too couldnt feel rotary stretches and was having mad erection problems so dropeed them and now just do an extra set of the others. I believe with rotarys you want to do variations, eg wide circle motions, small circle motions etc.
 
After getting a pump from jelqing... I realized I want a larger flaccid penis as well. It's so hard to measure for me, because I always seem flaccid yet I'm always at a different length. All i know, is 4.5" - 5" flaccid at all times would be good for me... i think avg, I'm around 3 which is lame! Any tips on how to gain flaccid size, or will it come along the road to a monolith erect penis?

My main question to you would be "where are you gripping the penis"? Make sure you are not directly gripping the head itself. I grip a little below and while the head gets a little squished in my closed palm its nothing serious.

Also, see how fast you can get the discoloration in your head to go with light massage, this'll help show if you are doing any harm. Some discoloration will be normal, after all you are gripping hard and restricting bloodflow somewhat. Your 30 secs grips should not be able to do any actual harm generally though.
