Excellent point! I think the imagery is vital to success in Penis Enlargement but when we want something so bad and it has not yet materialized the body dysmorphia we feel can be depressing. What I do to deal with this is when I start to have negative feelings about my size I simply look on my past in Penis Enlargement. I know Penis Enlargement works because I have gained already...perhaps I am not at my goal size but since it works I know someday I will get there. Understanding this brings serenity and calmness. It allows me to feel good about what I have done and it gets me inspired to get to my goal size.

Another thing that happens allot in Penis Enlargement is when we see someone bigger than ourselves we tend to get envious. I know for myself there has been plenty of times during my Penis Enlargement that I have seen someone bigger than me and my initial feelings we jealousy. Whenever I feel jealous I know there is something wrong inside. I try to step back and examine myself and see where these feelings are coming from. I quickly realize that these feelings are because I see something I want and I don't have it yet. The key word is YET. When I realize that I have the gift of Penis Enlargement, the potential to get to anyplace I want, I feel inspired.

Ok, back again after a Jelqing session. I want to stress again i am doing things my own way here, use your own judgement.

I control my foreskin by doing a large number of jelqs with one hand. At no point during the jelq does the OK grip leave the penis. It is in constant contact. On the way up the grip is obviously tight and creating the desired jelqing pressure. On the way down the grip is looser but the foreskin is held - basically a skin touching grip with a little pressure, enough to move the foreskin along with the hand but nothing you would feel internally in the penis.

Re-examining my starting position i find i stand erect, pull the foreskin back a little (everyone is different so i will not advise exact measurements, find what works for you) as you move the OK down to grip the penis itself quite low at the base. From there you jelq away up and down in controlled motions. The amount of foreskin above the top of your gripping thumb will never change this way as it is controlled fully. I find i never get a "tug" on the foreskin unless i really move the jelq too high at the end.

To put it a completely different way, you want most foreskin under/below your ok grip and unable to move through/past your grip.

Frankly i havent a clue how to control foreskin on a normal jelq.

Cheers levista I will try it. I know it is hard to explain. I tried another method yesterday but it was little time consuming. It was like this: when you jelq up with say right hand your left hand forefinger and middle finger are at the base holding the skin back. It is ok but it takes a lot of time. With practice I will make it better.

Thats exactly the way i did it originally when I first found Penis Enlargement, and as you say its time consuming and it was hard to stay erect as you were thinking too much about the awkwardness. Then again, maybe with practice it would get easier, i really cant say..

Now i think about it i have no idea why i just started doing jelqs my own way when i finally kicked off my Penis Enlargement program. I remember being impressed with DLDs video in the MoS site, as he seemed to blast through jelqs quickly and it gave me the feeling I shouldnt be overthinking them and just get on with it, and feel my way to success.

Heh.. one more thing... the stretches, are they done seated or standing? And do i grp the penis with a index and thumb? or with all five fingers? probably whatever is comfortbale... but any advice helps
 
I am also having trouble staying fully flaccid during stretching (should stretching be done sitting or standing?), is this bad?
 
I know Im thinking too far ahead, but if I do decide to ever stop Penis Enlargement, will the results go away? i've heard of "cementing" them, but are they permanent? No losses?
 
I've heard phase II is much more time consuming... and by the time summer rolls around, I should be starting phase II. The problem is... I'm going to be back home, with parents and a brother... Hydromaxmm... what the hell am i going to do!? :)

I do them seated, right on the edge of the seat. Use the classic OK sign grip as its the strongest natural way to grip. Thats why we have thumbs :)

Standing is just as good, do what works for you.

This is not only normal for beginners, its very very very normal. Your dick thinks its playtime. If you get too erect STOP and wait for flaccid to return before continuing. It will slow down your workouts but this aint a race :)
You will become erect less and less over time.

It varies a bit, dont sweat it. It may change also over time. As long as you are doing the exercises the magic will happen, have faith.

There are 2 general consensus opinions on this;
1. Gains are permanent or near permanent
2. Nobody seems to ever truly stop Penis Enlargement. Goals go up or focus changes to more girth, width etc.

Consider this a test of your dedication to Penis Enlargement. Find a way.

I live with my folks and do all my Penis Enlargement in one go after they go to bed, usually after 11pm. If you have a room to yourself this is the obvious solution. I have read of others who get up at 6am to do their routine. The question is, just how much do you want a bigger dick? :)
 
When summer comes around, I think I'm going to break up the session into two parts... girth and width. That works right? Also, I read of people stretching twice a day... should I consider that, or just stick strictly to the DLD newbie program?
 
Also, in the testicle massage section of the program, do i do the 60 pulls relatively fast, or do i rest a little between each pull? and i also find it difficult to grab too much above my testicles... any suggestions?
