I know its natural to think "how fast, how fast, how fast " LOL we all do it! But ask yourself this, when you hit your goals are you going to stop? Likely no. You will likely set another goal, and when you hit it, are you going to stop? Likely no. So you can see you'll be Penis Enlargement'ing for the majority of the rest of your life probably.

Try thinking of it as a marathon, not a sprint :)
 
Hey again guys... I just finished my first day, and was kind of disappointed. I don't know why... during the stretches, am I supposed to feel anything? It just seemed I was pulling it as far as I could... and with the Jelqs, I only went for about 10 minutes, because 1) didn't want to overdo it, and 2) I kept getting softer and softer. Should I be maintaining an 80% erection the whole time? And should I make sure the drag takes 2 seconds? Sorry guys, trying to get on the right track!

Sounds fine to me. With stretches you never feel as if your penis is growing before your very eyes. I know with me it feels like i am tugging on a fairly solid object like a brick or something. I am in my fourth week and only now experiencing sensations after my stretches which i am trying to understand. But basically no, dont look for an incredible "growing" feeling on every stretch. This is why Penis Enlargement is a long term thing, you keep doing it and then one day you measure and its bigger :)

Good to see you are limiting your Jelqs in the early days. Using a set time or number of reps is a good technique to help consistency, you want to be at least maintaining the workload on your penis and slowly building it up.
Maintaining that near-erection is hard, no doubt about it. Pause in your jelqs every now and then, slap your penis about a bit to get circulation going, and then play with yourself a little to help get it back, then continue to jelq.

Everything sounds great so far LuckyLuke, keep at it :) Months from now you will look back at your first day and be so glad you started :)

Hah, of course I just thought of another question right after I posted... But during stretches, It kind of feels like I could rip the head off my dick... just a fear right? Or am I holding it wrong? And during the jelqs, which Im almost sure my technique needs work, the head feels like its going to explode at the end of the drag. Normal right? :O).

Good question this one, and i would say its an individual preference. Between each set of stretches, i find a good mp3 to play (i do this thing where i ensure i get one stretch set done per song) and slap my dick about gently. The aim is to increase circulation and let the penis calm down if it was getting erect during the set (common beginner issue). So, i maybe have a 20-30 second break between sets of stretches.

I then have a break of a few mins before jelqing as i apply my lube and hunt about for some naked lady videos to help me keep my 80% erection (trick i find is to get erect then stop looking at the videos!).

I am in week 4 of newbie program so do 600 jelqs. I split these into 6 sets of 100 and again have some circulation time between each set.

Generally it feels "right" to work the dick, let it catch a breather, work it again, breathe, work etc. Besides, your workout isnt a race, make each stretch and jelq count and you will reach your goals quicker.

Everyone gets this fear at the start, i thought my head would come off for sure! Seriously, we've all been there!

Within a week you'll *know* how wrong you were and how strong the penis is in all areas. I wouldnt grip your head for the stretches, grip the main penis shaft an inch or half inch below (you will still find this puts some pressure on the head but thats fine).

For the jelq, you release the tight squeeze at about the base of the head, i think you *may* be continuing up...that "going to explode" is from you collecting blood all the way through your penis and pressing it against the very top of your penis i think. Try letting go a little earlier. The Jelq is for girth work not length, so its only important to work the main shaft.

Ah yes this thread is doing my post count a lot of good :)

Ok, when i started Penis Enlargement'ing i too found my dick would retreat afterwards, its basically thinking "what the fuck is going on? whats he doing to me?" and trying to run away from you. Give it a week or two and it'll stop happening and you'll start to find it will hang better generally. (I am assuming you mean smaller flaccid)

If you lose your erection, stop jelqing and start playing with yourself, easy as that, just dont lose your count. It's good news you are working hard on form, as its never what you do thats most important but *how* you do it.

Stretches will give you length, so pull as hard as your grip and your comfort zone will allow. You should be pulling harder naturally on your last set than your first as your penis will be "warmed up". I feel the final set is key although they are *all* important!

Jelq increases width and erection strength. Ladies enjoy the width of a penis more than the length (until you are over 8" and can start hitting deep inside) so never neglect your width training.

The stretches you are doing are tried, tested and proven. You are already further along to gains than you know, having found and started on the right exercises.
Your 6 weeks of phase 1 will pass quicker than expected trust me (my 4 weeks have flown by) and more advanced stretches will begin in stage 2.

Luke, i've never mentioned it before but i would recomend you look into the "Ring of Power" (often known as the RoP) by Supra, you can find threads about it in the alternative Penis Enlargement forum here. It can do a range of stuff that you will find helpful in these goals. I use one and like many others i recommend it fully.

I need to stress i do my own variant of these as the foreskin was getting in the way and slowing things down while doing jelqs in the standard 1 jelq per hand then swap method. I do 100 jelqs in the way described below then swap hand.

I am also uncut. When jelqing i firstly get the erection. I let my penis stand naturally with the foreskin in its normal position. Then i form my ok grip and grasp my penis and foreskin in it about a half inch under my head ( note my foreskin when aroused goes to just over the base of my head) and basically bring the foreskin down to the jelq starting position. I think the "trick" for an uncut is to move your foreskin down with your hand when you are resetting your hand position to start the next jelq at the base. This does not mean you do a reverse jelq on the way down, just maintain enough pressure to keep your foreskin riding with you at all times.

Tricky to explain, as i do this all automatically these days, i'll double check this when i do them tonight.

Anyone else got any suggestions on this? As i say, i kinda do it my own way!
 
So levista can you explain this more in a detail if you can. I always had this problem with the foreskin in the way when jelqing and that gave me my thinner base I think. So when you jelq your penis head is not covered with foreskin at all? I would really like to get this technique right.

It may be psychological. I know that if I visualize my penis as being huge or at my goal size then when I look at it, it always seems small. It's almost like I was expecting it to be 9x6.5 because I had been thinking about it. So I try not to daydream/visualize my penis being any bigger because I will almost definitely be disappointed when I look at it.
