I am completely new in every aspect of Penis Enlargement, never having done an excercise, or posting on forums. But I've heard great things, and if anyone would take the time, maybe a few minutes to chat with me on IM or replying to this thread, that would be much appreciated. Things such as, where to start, how to get the excercises, what routines to do for a beginner... anything would be great. Thanks!

Thanks... but what is a jelq?? And are there any risks of doing Penis Enlargement? Also, how long should I use that routine, and is there any soreness, as with excercising other muscles? What about masterbation or sex? So many questions... sorry <:(

I was also curious as to how hard I do the stretches ... and if the lubrication is necessary. And does Penis Enlargement help in ejaculation control?

Some quick answers man, keep your questions coming :) they are all welcome

A jelq is basically a controlled massage of your penis. As a quick overview (get the full info elsewhere) you make an OK sign with your hand and slip your dick through, you squeeze the base of your penis to trap blood, and pull the hand towards the top of your penis, pushing the blood along. Very simple to do once you get the hang of.

There are risks of doing Penis Enlargement. But its like the risks of lifting weights in a gym. If you take the time to learn what you are doing, practice gently, ask questions etc you will be safe. On the other hand if you jump right in and go far too hard too fast, you will likely hurt yourself and discourage yourself from coming back for more. Make sure you learn to walk before running :)

Soreness varies for people, but you should get some feeling of fatigue in your penis. Actual soreness would be a sign to take a day off or recheck what you are doing.

Masturbation is 100% fine. The penis will get aroused as you start Penis Enlargement as it will think it is playtime. Some people masturbate an hour before PR so the penis is more calm, while many wait until after to do it. There is no real anecdotal evidence to show it hurts recovery or growth at all.
Sex is similar, although i think generally a night when you are having sex is a night you wont Penis Enlargement.

Also, as far as pumping, I believe punping from a 6.5" or so to a 8" girth. Back when I messed with pumps some, I was probably 4.75 and I could get stuck in a 7" outside diameter tube ( probably 6.5 inside).

Hi Lucky,

the best recommendation i can give you about DLDs newbie program is the one i am about to give you, simply;

That i am on it myself :) Currently on week 4.

You should stick at it for 6 weeks minimum. Listen to your body during that time and adapt the length . I am currently thinking of adding another week to it, and taking 2 days off a week instead of the current 1 as after week 2 the number of jelqs you do goes up to 600 (from 300) and i'm finding it enjoyable but tiring on my penis. Things grow best when well rested so thats why i am thinking of scaling things back a little.

I would say no. You are about to do something unlike anything your body has experienced and you should respect that. Learn the basics before trying anything else.

Would you build a house without laying foundations? Think of it like that.

There are many people who stick with the basics and grow well. Others jump right into other things you will read about on MoS and they too grow well. So there is no one easy answer.

The main thing is to;

Get a plan
START :)
adapt slowly
listen to your body

Again, dont hesitate to ask more Q's my friend :)

Yeah DLD's newbie routine is definitely a great way to start. I wish I knew about it when I first started Penis Enlargement. I wouldn't do anything different than that routine for at least the first 6 weeks like levista said.

For a great way to learn ejaculation control, click the link in my signature, or go to the Sexuality forum and click my thread called "Killing pre-ejac." It's very easy to do once you know how to reverse kegel. And you can go for as long as you want and YOU decide when to cum. Good stuff.

FYI for everyone helping with questions... I'm starting DLD's newbie program tomorrow, thanks for all your help! If anyone else has any comments or tips before I get started, would be great to know! Will keep you all posted on how things go

Welcome to MOS and good luck with your routine Luke. You are gonna love the newbie routine. I too am uncircumsised and I don't bother about getting too much skin. Just get an appropriate level of erection and jelq it away. You won't get larger amount of foreskin if you do it right.

I too am uncut, and i feel its just a matter of not pulling on the foreskin too much during the Jelq. Of course everyone has a different amount of foreskin, but in general i would think as long as you are not getting a good tug on it when at the end of your jelq (hand is at the head) you shouldnt have problems.

Worst case scenario is you do get larger foreskin to go with your new bigger dick :)

Thanks so much for all your expert advice... sure makes a guy feel safe about this shit. Anyway... how do you think I should do the excercises? 3 day split? 2 day? Or should I go for 7 days straight?

And one more thing fellas, I am starting at about 5.5" EL, and 5" EG (Not bone pressed). My goals are too reach 7" EL and 6" EG... any realistic time frame I can expect?

As a newbie and as someone doing the nice safe DLD newbie routine phase 1, i found no probs doing 6 days on, 1 day off. I would suggest that or the 5/2 split if you can find regular time most days to do this stuff.
Bear in mind you can split it over the day or do it all together as i do.

Honest answer is no one knows what is best for anyone else though. Best to get started and listen to what your body tells you. You should not find the phase 1 program exhausting though, so a day or two a week off should be plenty.
