Hi, I'm MikeShlort, and I have a small penis. But I won't always. Here's why I think some guys just aren't gaining.

It's simple: Masturbating! And edging.
My penis is lazy, and weak. When I masturbate and ejaculate, it shrinks, becomes tight, harder to stretch, doesn't stretch as far, has a smaller flaccid length, it turtles up. Even after I edge, it shrivels up and does not stretch out as far as before I started edging.
I think a lot of men may have a penis like that too. I know tons of guys here have gotten gains from edging and can jerk off whenever they want, but I think some guys just can't! I know I can't. Here's some facts about my troubles.

I've been doing Penis Enlargement every day since September 26, 2011. I've gained hardly any length, and very little girth (.4"). And the reason why, is because I'd train good for two-three weeks, then wack off a bunch of times and my penis would lose all the gains! And it would take me days to recover back to that nice "jelly state" where the gains start coming in.

When I don't jerk off or edge, my balls hang loose, my penis hangs loose and girthy and ready to spring up in an instant. But when I do edge or masturbate to ejaculation, I loose that state for days. It's the coveted "jelly state", where your penis is soft, stretchy, the dorsal ligament is not firm but like jelly, the penis looks engorged a lot of the day, everything is "long, loose and full of juice". King Snake has been trying products to keep him in that "jelly state", from reading his thread. Basically having a big flaccid hang throughout the day. This is what we want. Ask Fedora. That man has gained, and he's the one that used the term "jelly state". Maybe these guys benefit from edging though, but I don't! And maybe you don't.

If I were to take my "jelly state" flaccid penis right now and measure it bone pressed, I would be nearly 8.75". If I jerked off right now and then tried to measure, I'd be lucky to get to 8.5, and I'd really have to pull. My ligs would be tight. My penis would be thin and wiry. I would feel it stop dead when I pulled out as far as I could get it, not as if there is still room to stretch, like how it feels in the jelly state. Same with when I edge. Even if I happen to look at adult entertainment and pump away for 5 min, I just fucked myself and tightened everything and now my workout will be shit. I don't even have to cum to ruin it.

I even have a bit of proof. On April 13th, I measured 8" BPFSL. I made a very diligent effort to not jerk off again, and although I did a few times because my libido got the best of me, I still kept an honest effort not to. Then I measured a week ago and I am at 8.6" BPFSL. I have not ejaculated in 4 weeks, I have edged a few times (which I regret) but I don't think it's quite as bad as cumming. Just deal with slower gains. This is if you're like me. Most guys are lucky to have strong penises, not a one shot musket like mine. And I can still get erections after ejaculating, they just aren't like the first one. I think you need to be a full capacity to gain anything. Keep in mind I practiced Penis Enlargement religiously each day for months and it seems like each time I jerked off, my gains were spat out in the Kleenex along with my load. What a shame.

Maybe you just need to lose some weight/fat pad.

I know ejaculation causes T levels to plunge probably at a time when you would need them the most.

Those of us with borderline T levels will probably put us too low to gain possibly.

Interesting post, I have no idea if masturbating affects gains or not, for me it seems to be fine. My only rule is to make sure my girth work outs are done to a high level before I do. Straight after I cum, I do some fast hard kegals and put a clamp on for 5-10 mins to keep it pumped.

It is true that if you are cumming multiple times a day that your test levels and other erection producing hormones become depleted. Edging on the other hand should not cause any kind of depletion. If anything, edging does the opposite. Edging helps supply your penis with fresh oxgenated hormone inriched blood. No. I'm saying that is the case for me. Since it is the case for me, I'm inclined to believe that may be the case for other men as well, probably not the majority. Thanks for the advice snake. I had my test levels checked last year, they are normal. I think it could be from years of hard drug use why my penis is kinda weak. I will definitely check into the primrose oil and Paba. I take lots of vitamin E and I notice that it makes my semen production increase. I do tend to jerk off hard and rough, that could be why edging is messing me up. I think I'll still substitute edging with jelqing and squeezes though for now so I can start gaining. I really relate to this, i'm doing the experiment of quitting adult entertainment and no masturbation, and i'm horny all the time, but also very motivated to Penis Enlargement. Anything done in excess is going to end in negative consequences. Too much masturbation will rain you and demotivate you. Too much weed will do the same. Too much of anything is bad. I believe in strict discipline in everything I do, particularly pleasures, as I do not want to lose the privilege due to addiction or the like.

Agreed with DLD. And just to add it also depends on the individual. Some it won't make a difference others it may hinder. What works for one may not work for another etc. It's one of those things that you don't know unless you do or don't tbh.

It makes no difference for me. Just jerking off once ruins it all for me. Not always true. We live in a society that really stigmatizes the person through the language they use to describe their state during addictive episodes. I have been told I am an alcoholic because of my past drinking habits but through discipline and strong self structure I drink today without issue. I can allow weed to take the same role if I am not careful with disapline.

It is less fun but the problem with the "fun" state is the more fun the state the harder it is to get there and the more we do it to get there the less we respond until fun becomes an obsessive habit. Discipline is as fun as it gets for me on some desires, especially alcohol. A couple of beers or glasses of wine relax me and allow me to enjoy the high it brings. If I go beyond this the entire experience changes and becomes Hell.

With that said, even if you whacked off 100 times a day it will have nothing to do with gains, as a better of fact you would probably make the fastest length gains ever since your pecker would be so exhausted to hold back. I dunno, I Penis Enlargement every day for over one hour a day of manuals, over two hours for the first six months, since September 2011 and it seems that jerking it harms me. I also wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 6-8 hours a day, and when I was pumping, I'd sleep tied off with a bathrobe cord. The only reason I have not created my own progress thread is because .4" EG, .25" EL, and .75'-1" BPFSL in 10 months isn't really something worth creating a progress thread over. Once I figure out the key to gaining I will create one, in the meantime I'll write small threads with my findings such as this one and the one where I asked the doctor questions. Wow, I am really shocked. I cannot believe you do that routine. I would never be able to put myself through that kind of torture every single day. Given that you have only gained 0.25" in EL since September 2011, you must change your routine because it is obviously not working for you. 0.25" in EL in 10 months is absolutely not normal. You are wasting your time working your butt off, and have nothing to show for it.

First of all, your concerns about masturbation affecting length ... pure bullshit. Masturbation will affect your EQ, just like DLD said, making you appear to be smaller than you actually are. The only variable that you can always rely on, that indicates you are truly making progress, is your BPFSL. Poor erection, good erection, it doesn't matter - BPFSL can only shrink if you are slacking off, and not doing your routine correctly. The longer your BPFSL becomes, the more progress you are making, because BPFSL gains always lead to EL gains over time.

Your routine, in my opinion, is bat shit fucking insane. If you want to gain, you need to focus on one target tissue at a time, starting with the ligs. Manual exercises might not get you very far, if your collagenous tissues are very tough to begin with. They may require a lot more stress than your hands can provide, which would explain why you gained so little in a period of 10 months. You are obviously not deforming your collagenous tissues in a dedicated fashion; instead, you are trying to deform everything at once: skin, ligs, outer tunica, septum, etc. It is going to take you forever to do it that way, especially if you are a tough gainer.

If you are serious about making length gains, then you need to do it in a structured way. You should learn about penile anatomy, etc, in order to understand exactly how to proceed, and make the quickest gains possible. Based on my experience, pulling on my dick and wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] gave me a 1/2 inch gain in the first six months (easy newbie gains), and the last 5 months I didn't gain fuck all, so trust me, I feel your pain. Since then, I gained 2" in EL after I purchased a Bib Hanger. You should look into hanging. Work up to a couple of hours of hanging each morning, and go about your day. Manual stretching, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], etc, keep them in the closet - where they belong. It is less time consuming as well, compared to what you're doing, and definitely more effective ... without a doubt.

Well I haven't been doing that routine the whole 10 months. I took off about 3 months and focused on pumping and girth, no length work. Then 5 weeks just gradual [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use. I've worked up to this routine. I'm in the second month of this routine. The first 3.5 months of Penis Enlargement I went crazy - 1 hour manual stretch, 1 hour girth each day. Drained me, gained very little. I gained girth when I started using [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but stopped to focus on length. Since April 13th, I have gained at least .6" of BPFSL, using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] + manuals routine.
My plan is to stick with this current routine for another month and if I have not gained any BPFSL I will switch it up, but I believe I can still gain BPFSL. I will hang one day, but I don't want to start too soon and toughen up my ligs.

Maybe you could suggest different exercises which target different portions of the penis? There seems to be tons of misinformation everywhere on Penis Enlargement.

I am not too worried about girth because it seems I am capable of gaining this much easier, I am confident that with a regular, intense pumping routine I can gain another inch of girth at least. My goal is only to gain about 1.15-1.25" of girth anyways. It's the length I am after. Ideally, I want another 1.5" of length AT LEAST. With the masturbation thing, when I jerk off or even edge, my BPFSL is .25" shorter for awhile, so I avoid it. I'm not too worried about this though, I have gotten past the inital month of abstinence and it's no longer difficult.

Any exercises that you could suggest to me would be greatly appreciated. You mention different parts of the penis, so if you could suggest any exercises, or even the theories of stretching these different parts, that would be great.

I just want to let you know that hanging weights will not toughen your ligs, it will weaken them, and over time, they will lengthen, and turn inner penis into outer penis. That is the whole point in stretching the ligs. Now, as far as manual exercises, I stopped doing that shit a long time ago for two reasons: one, it was tiresome, and two, I barely saw any results. Forget about manual exercises. Let's use the "basic stretching routine" as an example, to prove a point. Each stretch lasts about 10 seconds. So if you stretch 30 times, that is 300 seconds total, which is a total of 5 minutes of stretching time. Just ONE set of hanging is twenty minutes long, and the total stretch time is THE FULL twenty minutes. This isn't "my opinion". It's basic math. That means that ONE set of hanging is FOUR times more effective than pulling on your penis for an hour, and it only takes a third of the time.

The only "exercise" you need is to hang BTC (between the cheeks), and swing the weight from side to side. That stresses EVERYTHING that needs to be stressed in order to make gains. Therefore you don't need to know anything about manual exercises if you can just learn to hang correctly. I promise you, this is something you want to look into. In my opinion, based on everything I've done in Penis Enlargement over the years, hanging is the BEST method of enlarging your penis. Please look into it.

BTC will hit everything, even tunica as the position of the stretch becomes straight up once it reaches the back. WHile it is being stretched upward the ligaments are being hammered big time. All around one of the best stretch positions.
