I had a day of, but this was the routine i did last night =
Manual stretches up, down, left, right, straight out and between legs.
I did 3 sets of each 40secs each.
I then did 3 sets of sock stretches, up and down about 30secs each,
I did have a little trouble keeping my grip on the stretches especially the sock stretches, but i still managed to get them done, maybe my hands were a little to sweaty or something.
Then i did dry jelqs 100 nice and slow reps really pushing the blood up the shaft.
I then did 3 sets of clamping 8 mins the first set 8 mins the second set and only 4-5 mins the third set. I decided to leave the clamp on this time inbetween sets and just loosen it alot instead of having to remove it and put it back on again,( i use a hose clamp and it's a bitch to take on and of. )
My last set of clamping i actually felt my dick go a bit numb so i quickly removed the clamp,
Im not sure if i will just loosen the clamp next time between sets, it might be better to take it of completely.
