This Stretch is excellent for when you have a few minutes or just sitting around by yourself doing nothing... watching TV, reading the internet, just to maintain a stretch throughout the day to promote plasticity. Any excuse to pull on my cock.
 
The only gains I actually ever made were during the one month that I used this stretch. I gained a solid 0.5" NBPenis EnlargementL and was pretty happy with it, just wish I stuck with my routine back then.

Never look back in shame for falling off your Penis Enlargement training. Recognize, start again, and get back in the routine.

You've just given me an awesome idea, because as my friends and family knows I usually have my hands down my pants, but with this I can have my hands down my pants and also Penis Enlargement at the same time. I could throw a blanket over me if I'm at a strangers house hahaha

Seems to produce that stretchy state pretty reliably.
 
love this one because of it's simplicity. I've never been very interested in length gains per se, though I welcome them warm-heartedly if they come along with the jelqing, but this exercise is just to easy to perform alongside my work at my desk at home to pass it. Started today and will report back about my gains.
 
I don't seem to get the stretch I am looking for while doing this exercise. I have carefully read the first post denoting how to do this, and have looked at the attached images, and trying to do it as stated, but I don't really feel any stretch of the inner penis, or really any stretch at all. All I can feel is a medium pain where my penis goes over my index finger. I was really hoping to get a good stretch but seem to be doing it wrong I guess. Any tips?
 
^Anyone know whey I can't get the internal stretch I am looking for, or able to help? I have been doing "DLD's first routine" stretches for about a month now, and can still feel the actual stretch while doing these, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY with lower angles (straight down and btc), and have been doing the "mother of all lig" stretches for about a week and can actually feel the stretch while doing this, and have been trying the "mandingo" stretch for about a week as well, but I do not feel any internal stretch, or hardly any stretch at all doing these. I really REALLY want to start expressive stretches to help pull the "inner" out, but cannot seem to find a way to do so. Please help me with this!
 
Pretty difficult to diagnose potential deficiencies of your technical performance without a video or at least a thorough description of your procedure. You could help the people a bit more to understand where your problem is located.
 
Well I do exactly as explained and shown in the first post of this thread, but only feel a little stretch on the shaft, no internal stretch at all
 
Ok, then. Supposed, that you got it right with the technique I can only assume that your individual body measurements (spec. the hand width/dick length ratio) hinder an effective execution, which would necessitate an artificial fulcrum to get the desired leverage. In that case put something on your wrist that maximizes your hand width. Have you already tried a-stretches?
 
A-stretch being over the wrist? I've tried it but I think my wrist is too big, so I will try a "fake arm". I think I just can't get the grip needed for the "mandingo".
 
If you've only been Penis Enlargementing for a month now I'd wait for another month or two before you try these. If you don't feel them either you're doing something wrong or you might need to try them bundled.

I've been doing the Mandingo stretch regularly for a month (togheter with DLD stretching routine)... Gained a half cm in EL.
It is a very damn good stretch and it does work, but... "at least one inch in a month"... well... maybe it is a bit exagerate...

what exactly was your length routine? how long did you hold the exercises for you and how many sets?

not exactly an effectively controlled environment of inquiry that you've set up here. It's a very intense routine with lots of different stretching exercises that doesn't really allow to draw any coherent conclusions with regards to the growth rate induced by the mandingo stretch. But nonetheless I'm tempted to second your assumption that 1" is an exaggerated claim. Will come back with my insights in two weeks after I will have had a month of mandingos only.
