Wuddup fellas?! I've decided that I should keep a log here on the forum along with the one in my notebook, to help keep myself and all of "my brothers" in this journey motivated and inspired. I'm working towards a 9 incher so that I can make eyes pop out of heads and coochies throb at the very sight of me...lol
A bit of my journey as well as my stats are in my signature, I've gained a half an inch n 4 or 5 months and wanted to do something a bit more intense and focused to get me to my goal.

My new routine as of 4/16/12 is as follows:

For Length: DLD's Gain 1 inch in 12 weeks routine
Tunica Tugs
Mandingo Stretches
Basically, I'm doing the 1 in. in 12 weeks routine and adding the other 2 exercises into each set with the same amount of reps prescribed in the DLD routine. I want to focus on the inner dick, Tunica and ligs simultaneously.

For Girth: 200-300 Jelqs
5 Sets of Supra Slammers
5 Sets of Slow Squash Jelqs

Kegels: Reverse Kegels while I'm streching, when I can remember too. Kegels all throughout the day and evening but more when I'm in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] wrap.

I'm only into the 3rd day of the routine and I can already feel how intense this is going to be in the coming days and weeks, I hope I can go without rest but if I need it I'll definitely take it. I'm hoping to be 8 inches within the next 6 months, if it sounds unattainable so be it, but I will hopefully gain something by working my ass off to get there. In other words....I'M GOIN' FOR MINE!!!

After my last stretching session of the routine, I strapped into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and felt the most intense pull on my ligs to date. This routine feels promising.

After 5 straight days on the routine I realize that I need to take one or 2 days rest, my EQ sucks and I have an uncomfortable feeling in my glans. I wish I could keep at it with no rest days because my ligs are screaming and I would like to keep shredding 'em.

If it is messing with your EQ then definitely give yourself a rest day or two. Healing is important. If you are more interested in some of the finer points of healing and gaining please look through my newest workout phase, SRT.

I'm basically wrapped up all day and night.

Today starts my 2nd week on the routine and the day went well, no pain but definitely sore when I got a woody in my sweats. I'm gonna keep the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on for an extra hour or so tonite which will take me up to a total of 8 1/2 hrs.
 
Day 3 of my second week on this routine starts today and so far so good.
From the very beginning the amount of time I stretch has been one minute and I have increased to 1:10, except for the rotary stretches(Helicopters) that I do for 30 seconds each set. I'm hoping that the 4 stretches that I'm doing will be enough to translate into good gains.

My girth work has been spotty over the last week or so, I've actually only done 4 sessions out of 7 days and they haven't been too intense but my kegels have been constant. (Total of 1800 jelqs, 20 supra slammers, 10 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words])
My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work has been constant as well, logging a total of 39.5 hrs. in the last 7 days. I'm almost positive that it may be time for me to add some bars because I'm extended out to the max and don't feel any discomfort, except for when I'm driving. I'm gonna wear it this way for 8 hrs. over the rest of this week to be sure though.
 
Just finished my first workout of the day and came to the conclusion that I'm going to drop the Tunica Tugs and replace them with DLD blasters. Tugs don't feel like they are giving me a stretch as intense as all the others that I am doing.
 
I took a day off yesterday because I knew I wouldn't have time to get my routine done, seeing as though I had an all day marathon sex session planned. I basically started boning at 11am and was off and on fucking until 7:00pm, I didn't bust one, AT ALL, because I figured that the constant blood flow from the erections would help me out with healing from the previous 4 days of working out. I also stayed wrapped up in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] whenever I wasn't thrusting in and out and mouth and puss..lol

The thing that I felt was strange though was the fact that my EQ went all the way down around 7pm; I'm talking to the point that I wouldn't get hard at all, so I basically had a limp vienna sausage in my hand.
I was expecting to have a super hard erection for the entire process and walk away with blue balls but the exact opposite happened, I have no trace of blue balls(which is definitely not a bad thing) and I drained my dick without cumming at all. I'm confused as to how that could happen but I feel like I did myself some justice by having the constant blood flow and no ejaculation.

The best part of the whole day was that she told me her jaws got tired quicker because I felt thicker. I woke up this morning with a steel rod in my boxers and decided to measure my girth and WTF do I see?....6inches! That's mid shaft, base and at the circumcision line...I gained an inch of girth and wasn't too ecstatic, can you believe that shit? What's craziest about it is that my girth work is spotty at best and its never really a long hard focused routine.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy but I'm not over the moon thrilled about it because I want that gain to be a length gain but I'm definitely not complaining. I'm gonna need the girth to compliment whatever length comes anyways. PLEASE don't misunderstand me, I'm appreciative and I'm glad my work is paying off but I just wasn't expecting girth gains to come first is

So, I am now officially 6.5 x 6 and my signature has been changed.

WEEK 3!!

Monday the 31st was a decent workout day but it wasn't as structured as the routine calls for it to be, I got all my exercises in and wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for the proper amount of time but again, it just wasn't as structured.
Today I've only done the first set of exercises and just strapped into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] about 30 min. ago, so another unfocused and unstructured day but you can best believe every set will be completed before I close my eyes for bed tonite.
 
just read you gained some awesome girth! Congratulations! I hope that length comes quick and surprises you too:)

I'll be completely honest with you, I think I got lucky or something because my girth work is very unfocused. I do a few sets of clamping, half assed [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and slammers every few days, nothing serious.
I'm so focused on getting length gains that I almost neglect girth work. It's mainly because I have/had chicks that tell me my girth is perfect, huge, great etc. but never those comments about my length..lol
I know the girth work is gonna be needed to compliment any length gains so when I get focused with it I'll definitely post the routine. Again, I'm probably just a lucky dude in the girth category.
