I've been hanging now for about a month and I really like not having to use all my time and energy through out the day on Penis Enlargement. So at the moment my routine is 30 mins of hanging in the mourning and the same before bed. This is somewhat the same kind of routine as Dash (Hardcore hanging) and offcouse I hope to get the same kind of results as he has gotten :D

The last couple of days I've tried to hang straight up and not to the side as I use to. This has really given me some fatigue at the base on the top side of my dick. I take this as a sign that something good is happening :D

Today I also tried to hang down while standing for the first time in months, I really felt it and maybe I should work this into my routine as I have been hitting my tunica and frenum for the last 4 months or so, so maybe it's time for some lig work again.
 
I can really fell the hard hanging but I have a big problem, there is just to much pain on my head :( Tonight I'm going to try with electrical tape on the sleeve and se if that helps. Otherwise I'll just have to find a alternative methode of hanging.
 
Moved up to 12.5 pounds yesterday, still feeling really good about the hanging and hoping for some good result soon. I'm keeping to 15 mins BTC hanging in the mourning and 30 mins OTS in the evening. Whit this routine I can feel some fatigue most of the day.
 
It's really looking good :D I measured myself in at 6" flaccid length yesterday :D also I can see a difference in my flaccid stretched length once more so the hanging has gotten my through the wall it seems, now it's just keep working :D
 
I've done some thinking lately about how I got my last gains. I've gotten a longer flaccid stretched length and a little erect length. So I've decided to try a new form of routine.

I'll change between these two things every 2-4 weeks and I hope that the two different kinds of stress on my ligs and tunica will give my gains in the end. The [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] also will make sure that my flaccid length increases with my erect. So I'm hoping to gain about 0.5" in the next couple of months with this routine.
 
Ive also been thinking about how to accelerate gains achieved by hanging and have come to the conclusion that Im going to purchase the staticstretcher and use it while not hanging. That is, for example, I might hang for 2 hours in the morning, then, before I leave for school, apply the SS and use it to keep my penis extended for the remainder of the day. In short, as a consequence of mixing both hanging and extension, and resting only at night, I hope to exerpience quicker gains. Good luck to both of us!

This kind of routine you described could have some real good potential. The only reason I'm not doing this is the comfort. If I hang high pounds my head gets sore and I can't [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for very long, this is why I'm trying out the new routine I've described earlier.

Due to my school and other factors in my life I've had to take a decon break. But now I'm back and started hanging again. At the moment I'm only going for 15 min in the mourning and the same in the evening before I go to bed. I'm starting at about 7 pounds and I'm going to work my way up. I'm only hanging downward, just to see if this can give me some good results. Hope I can report a gain soon. Keep growing everybody :)
 
Goddammit started up my Penis Enlargement a couple of weeks ago and in that time I've three blisters. It sucks don't know what I'm doing wrong :( So now I have to take another break for them to heal again. I'm thinking I might have to stop using my vacum head for my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Maybe I'll start up a jelqing routine again even though I don't really want anymore girth, but it seems like it's the only exercise there is really working for me.
 
Well the blisters have healed up so I'm starting up again. I'm going to go with hanging again. The a-stretch hanging is what I think have given me the best results so far.

So 3x15 mins hanging a day and maybe following up with 15-20 min of jelqing afterwards. Hoping for the best the next couple of months.
 
Did a second set tonight while watching NFL was really good felt a very good fatigue from the hanging and was up on 6 pounds without any problems :D
 
After a hanging session tonight I meassured my BPFSL for the first time, came up 8.74" I was really suprised it was that long :D hoping I can increase it over the next weeks :)

My girl is tight so I don't want to increase more than a half inch and get to about 5.5 MS at some point. I'm at like 4.9 or whatever the correct term for a line under 5 would be...i am working the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and doing wet jelqs 4 times a week.

Through my Penis Enlargement I've done some different things for my girth. But mostly it's been jelqing and clamping I've done. I really liked the clamping it just gave a nice feeling while I did it and some time after. This is probaly what has given my the most girth. But I have also gotten girth from hanging, I broke the 6" girth mark while only working on length with hanging and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words].
 
Confirmed my gain to 8.2" BPenis EnlargementL today :D really nice to see that it wasn't just a lucky measurement that day... I'm going to keep working should reach my goal someday ;)
 
Wild after my hanging session tonight I meassured 8.9" (22.7cm) BPFSL thats 0.5 cm more than my last meassurement that just crazy :D
 
Startet up hanging tonight for the first time in about 2 months, been out of the game because of a broken hand. Well three sets of 15 mins A-hanging with 6lbs left me with a 9"(23 cm) BPFSL really nice. Hoping for some gains the next month
 
Inpired by stillwantmore2 I'm trying to start up on [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] again. At the moment i'm trying to get it just right. I'm working with a vacu-head from a autoextender setup, and a retractable keychaing so the stretch is constant. The comfort is really good and I have been wearing it for over 12 hours today without any problems. The only problem with the setup is the very low lbs from the keyring. Only getting about 1 lbs maybe alittle more. Going to experiment with this the next couple of weeks and hopefully get a really good setup going.
