I have used it for approx. 6 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I can't use the link all I get is a blank page? I think it would be rather hard for me to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to school as it goes almost down to my knee when I have it on. But I would like to hear your tricks.
 
I've moved up to about 8 pounds when I hang, I can hang with this amount to the sides for about 20 mins each way until I need to take a break. If I've got the time I follow up on the hanging with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] around the waist if I got the time for it. At the moment I've been [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]'ing for about 5 hours without hanging. I really feel fatigue and have done for the last couple of hours so maybe I'm breaching a through a wall today. I'm going to keep it on today as long as I can and see where it brings me.

I think you might break a wall today! Stretch dedicated for a couple of days with different excercises and devices. Screw up the thumbscrews on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] every 15 minutes, so you have the same tension mark you want(but a longer stretch penis inside the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in the end of each session).
Invest in small bars (or maybe your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] brand have small addbars in the set already) and try to reach that point to where you can add a new bar. This is a good sign.
When you have added a new bar , it is a good change that you have breaked that wall! Then keep on stretching (with that new bar added) in a more normal routine.

Thanks for the confidence, it really feels like I'm getting somewhere now. I've got alot of different bars for my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] so it's possible for me to add more for a little while yet. Maybe I'll try wearing it today for the first time in a while. I actually think that mixing up the exercises might be a good idea.

It's abit irritating that it seems like the only kind of gains I can make are flaccid ones. My flaccid stretched length has gone up about 1 cm maybe in the last month, but I can't see that anything has happened to my erect length. I would really like to see a gain there now that I have used so much time on all these different exercises.

To be able to wear your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for long periods, the padding/protection you use is really important (noose version [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words])or if you use a vacuhead check so you can achieve enough tension.

Practice walking, walking stairs, pick up things etc. in your home and then start to use it in public spaces, and always have it with you. Long goal, aim for 6-8 hrs/day.
There are no shortcuts in pe, just pure dedication.

For the next couple of days: Manual stretch excercise (for ex. dld blasters) morning and another stretch excercise (ex. dld sock stretches/or usual manual stretches)in the evening and use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as much as you can between.
Also use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 1 hour after your manual stretch excercise in the evening.
Do this until you´re able to add another bar. Then you have probably breaked through your plateu and you´re on your way to new length gains!

On my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (jes) i see it on how many "octagons" that are visible (the ones located above the thumbscrews). If you see 3, it is set on 900g, if you see 2=1200g, if you just see one=1500g.
Do you have theese "octagons" on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]?

Well I've been away for some time now, but it's due to school and other personal things taking up my time. But I've kept at the Penis Enlargement. But surprise surprise I've changed my routine once again :s.

I've had some increase in flaccid stretch length, the way I saw this was when I'm on the toilet. When I'm done peeing I always stretch my dick, not hard, and I've never been able to reach the side of the toilet. But about 3 weeks ago I was able to do this :D. So something is happening, I'm not sure it will help with my erect length, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

The biggest problem with the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] is comfort now that I'm shooting for 8 hours a day.
