I have seen about 1/8" gain in length..nothing in girth.

The main problem i have encountered is the foam ring.. after 1 hour..it starts to irritate my scrotum skin and if i leave it on for longer it leaves a blister in that area..

I contacted [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] and told them and they send me a stupid video showing how to adjust the belt..but that does not help because it is the friction of the foam ring on the skin..from movement..sitting..standing..walking etc.

I tried using vasoline..but that is a headache and very messy..having to apply it every couple hours.
Since then I am using a soft piece of fabric and place it everywhere the foam ring contacts. That helps but still need to take it off every 2 hours and adjust.

I have been using it on maximum YELLOW. sometimes red. I know it is stretching because I feel fatigue on the penis at the very base... under the balls...just the same fatigue I would feel when hanging upward.

I have changed the configuration of the belt but need to find an alternative to the ring.. it is just annoying and the worst designed part of the device (other than the condom sleeves) I ripped my first one in 2 weeks..but i think the key is to cut your finger nails (your morons) and using baby powder on it EVERYDAY.. just on the outside.

@FISHSCALE... can you attach a photo of the leg strap you use as the alternative to the foam ring please?
