Heya, I assume it would be good to write one of these, to look back after a while and maybe even help out someone in the future, who knows.

Anyways, a little about how I got into Penis Enlargement. From my childhood I've heard that around 15 cm penis average is good enough to satisfy a woman, if you have some basic skills at least, and I was glad to measure my unit 15 cm long to feel satisfied. This really made me feel better, and after about 2-3 weeks I completely eradicated the small penis complex.

I still want continue my journey in Penis Enlargement since I've had a glimpse of its effects. Two reasons. Started DLD's Phase 1 on 29th March 2010 5.9'' NBPenis EnlargementL and 4.9'' EG at base, didn't measure middle, probably a milimeter here or there different. For the first two weeks I think I saw no visual change, maybe one bigger vein when erect. Couldn't even grip when stretching, was afraid to stretch too much and rip my dick off :) I was jelqing in the shower with shampoo and water along with visualising me with a big hard dick in a threesome. Made the exercise very fun I tell ya, but had to stop thinking about it each time I started getting too erect.

More about visualising. Every time I woke up and just before I fell I sleep, when the subconscious is most receptive, I visualise that. During the day I imagine holding my unit, fat enough that I can't surround it with my fingers and long enough to almost reach my knee. I measured later - me being 5'6'' tall I'd be holding a 10 incher. Pretty optimistic, but that's how you succeed in brainwashing, your subconscious doesn't recognise a couple of cms, you have to go all the way. Eventually, you'll believe you are that big, eventhough your ruler says less. Subconscious is illogical, I can honestly say that my dick looks and feels much longer and thicker, eventhough my newbie gains are nothing spectacular. I'm really satisfied with that, because it's your subconscious that controls your body and enforces it's belief, in this case by sending special packages of nutrients to your penis and encouraging your ligaments, tunica, blood vessels to repair etc.

Third and fourth week I noticed that my flaccid penis was looking kind of vascular. So I had the first obvious sign something is changing. I became more comfortable with stretching, feeling that warm, safe stretch. Simultaneously I was looking at a clock to count seconds for me, because I didn't trust my mind with counting, I suspected I counted too fast. So I just followed the second hand with me eyes and in the mean time concentrating on feeling the stretch and repeating "my dick is growing".

I changed my lube for jelqing to some skin cream based on vaseline. Now there was no foam and I could see everything. And boy was I pleasantly surprised! My dick was this thick, powerful beast, with countless visible veins. I had two 100% erect sessions but I decided to do them some time later in my Penis Enlargement program. I read somewhere that your unit needs to be well prepared for that, that a vein could pop, and that it's more for girth than for length. When I measured I saw my girth gains were greater than my length gains, so I figured jelqing at lower erection levels was more appropriate for me since for the time being I'd rather be longer. I'll try that for a month or two and see how it works for me.

After my first month my gains were 0,5 cm in erect length, so that brought me just over the 6'' milestone. Girth, generous 14 cm at base, so I gained 1,5 cm there, but I figured because of a big vein there I'd rather measure the middle, which was 13,5 cm. So also there I crossed a milestone to 5.3''. Took the first BP measurement - 6.9''. BPFSL a bit longer, while my NBP stretch at the beginning was 5.9'' (no other data).

Now is the end of my fifth week, gained some length. BPenis EnlargementL 7.1'', NBPenis EnlargementL 6.3'' or 6.4'' when really really hard. No girth gains when measured yesterday. But I'm really excited about my new erection strength, I've never been this hard in my life. I ejaculated once each night for the past 3,4 days and nope, it's not due to storing some juice before. Kegel's very hard too of course, and that brings me new troubles with controlling it, errm I want to say, problem's with premature ejaculation, even when I jack off for a short time, while before I could go on for a long time. Dang, forgot to mention.

When I do the routine, it lasts really long, an hour and a half on average stretching, jelqing and warmupdowns. I do my best to take my time and concentratie like Arnie in the gym (well, in his day). My jelqs are very slow, around 5s, and very tight. I make sure I grab down in the fat pad and before I grab, I tighten my kegel to push the blood in my penis. Only then I grab tightly. When I finish the jelq and relax my hand I can feel my blood quickly rushing down towards the base of my unit, so hard that I can almost hear it in my head. First it felt disturbing, now it's just a sign of good work I guess.

So many new progress threads! I love this, keep up the good work guys! Just to those who do not know; a progress thread is good for many reasons. Accountability is a big one. When you create a thread like this you become accountable to the group an the group will help you stay involved and motivated. It will also lay everything out so we can all read and advise you on your routine. As you mold the routine and make your gains it will help other get motivated to do the same.
 
I've started a weight loss program a couple of days ago and I've lost 2 kg. Every other day I do strength and cardio, maybe later I'll add cardio to rest days in between as well. Guess I'll need lots of strength and endurance in some muscles to make use of my future uncovered penis so I'm emphasising intense glutes and abs sessions.

Changes in nutrition: 100g almonds every day, 1 teasp flax seed, LOTS of water, no other drinks (but in a week I'll fuck myself up at Metallica concert), no milk, just yogurt here and there, tuna, meats, no bread, no potatoes, just salad and other cooked vegetables, amino acids supplement on workout days, whey and glutamine. Generally I eat less.

Almost no freaking privacy for few weeks, at my parents' now. It pains me to think it'll be here for two weeks and I can't wear it.

Regarding weight loss, seems like I've made the mistake of starting it too soon without enough planning. Yeah I did cut out non healthy foods, but I didn't replace them with enough healthy ones. I just cut down lots of calories and added shitloads of water, but I guess what happened there was that my body went into survival mode and burnt some muscle while keeping the fat. But at least know I've learnt a bit more about diet and started adding muesli, rye bread, broccoli, fruits etc and reducing almond intake since there's lots of fat at 100g.
Still figuring how exactly should my workouts look, but the other day I did a weight gain session, slow pushups, curls, situps, some abs and delt exercises, muscles ache my even today.

So far some steady growth with simple stretching, even weekly growth. Girth the same, BPenis EnlargementL is at good 7.5'', creeping up on 7.7'', NBPenis EnlargementL 6.5'' and few mm more, I figure it'll soon be 6.7''. BPFSL at good 7.8''. Neat! Also been doing over 1000 quick kegels lately, well actually alternate kegels and reverse kegels, both at 1000+. Erections pretty strong.
 
It would be better to eat bad food than no food at all. Try to create a doable diet that will not seem like you are suffering. There are so many ways to eat right now, even if you eat at McDonalds.
 
Three days of rest, due to lack of privacy, did an extra stretch session the night before resting. Awesome Metallica two days ago, my obliques and neck were killing me yesterday, today just a mild ache... the point is I've done some great cardio and core/neck workout on Sunday. :)

Kegel sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes. I do quick squeezes untill the muscle feels really warm, then I do numerous 1-2min squeezes. I stop when I feel the muscle is really tired.
 
DLD is right eat SOMETHING if you cant find anything healthy, you got to have something coming into your body. Just not a triple cheese burger and a slice of triple fudge cake. You can find stuff thats semi healthy.

How much do you think those 1000 kegels are helping you?

I can't be 100% sure it's because of kegels, but I feel I can get 100% erect faster than before. I guess that's only benefit I can relate to just more intense kegel sessions. I've been doing them for a few days only though, so I guess it'll be more interesting later on.

My parents are not much of a problem, when they work I have all the privacy I need, also at night. The problem is my brother who came few days ago. He's this unpredictable type, for example he could say he's going out and goes out, but then comes back in 5 minutes and come up with something else. He's here ALL the time and he wants to spend like all the time with me, which I don't.
By the way, I haven't really had a look at the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], but after having seen it in some clips I don't think that thing can be worn unnoticed unless you're wearing baggy pants, which I'm not.

In fact, I'm wearing it right now. I haven't put much of a stretch though, having trouble with putting it on. Alpinefruits I just read some of your log and I am very impressed with the gains you've made so far. It blows my mind that you have made over .5" in girth in two months. Were you only doing jelqs? And almost an inch in length in two months is crazy too, imagine what you'll have after a year of pe.
 
Drd13 actually my girth gains came even quicker, something like less than 5 weeks. In that first month I just sticked to regular stetching and jelqing with high erection levels, in later weeks at 100% erection. After that I did jelqs at lower erections levels and that really speeded up on my length gains, but non girth gains, which I'm completely cool with at this point.

I'm taking it easy, I don't expect an enormous unit quick, I don't think it's realistic nor do I think I'd truly appreciate myself and my unit later on unless I've put lots of hard work in it.

That is the way to go! Set the time and put your focus into exercise, not counting.
 
Some stuff regarding slight hopes to turn fat pad into usable shaft.
When I weigh the sacrifice and the benefits again, it's really ridiculous. I don't lack the willpower, it's just...why? It's a MAJOR LIFESTYLE CHANGE to get below 10% bf. I love Greek gyros, Serbian roast meat dishes and Czech beer (man it's like sex in litres). I'll just get liposuction when I can afford it. I take my time though, maybe an hour per stretching session.

Regarding the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. It's only a week since I've got my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and I can tell you just this much. It's not visible under trousers or sweatpants if you wear them a little lower. Any clothing works as long it's not too tight, so it's practical to wear. At first I had troubles with putting the thing on but now I just tigthen the noose and mount the thing on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] without bars. Then I put bars one by one alternatively to each side and it's ok.
The only challenge now is finding an appropriate wrap to hold the penis stretched and without pain, cause the stock noose and foam suck at better stretches. The lower part of the glans tends to hurt after wearing for a while. At the moment I'm trying out bandaging and wrapping t-shirt fabric over, then adding the stock foam to the noose. For now I'm feeling no pain. I used the fabric from an army camouflage coloured t-shirt for extra stealth, it certainly helps. ;)
 
Just keep working on different modifications for the glans, eventually you will find one that works best for you.
 
First I need to finish supporting myself through college to later get a better paying job. But the financing itself will probably burn that remaining fat.

Regarding lyposuction, I was thinking of getting that last fat off my core, or lover's handle if you will. It's really hard to get it off by conventional means and it demands more sacrifices and dedication that I'm not willing to make. By the way it'll be a few years to get the money for that, and the procedure is waaay down my priority list.

Let's talk Penis Enlargement.

My penis was sore as hell the other day.

How I've come up with it - I remebered when I was in boot camp when we first used that camouphlage makeup. That thing was VERY hard to get off, you could get some off with water and soap, but your face burnt like crazy. Especially around eyes where you couldn't even get it off, so we all looked like Arabian princesses. Our lieutenant said something about the tissues before that, so I went and bought them and had them in my locker. I remember I had them and tried them out. Next week I'm going to some school for two months. I'll be living in an apartment with other, single room though. I won't have so much free time in the morning, and I certainly won't spend whole evenings locked in my room, so I'll have to modify my routine.

In the morning I'll get up, do warmup, 20min stretching, 20min jelqing, warmdown, alltogether for about an hour. That wearing plan will go to some adjustments of course when I go there and really see how that life looks, but that'll be pretty much it. After today's short manual session I did some short edging - also had trouble with keeping it erect. It might be because I stopped eating almonds regularly for about a week. So I bought my supplies of almonds and got back on it. I should probably get some zinc, I hear that's also good.

Anyway, when I was edging I did some unofficial measurements and when I got 100% erect, I got 17,5cm! That would be a new gain of 0.2''! Bro I'm in Bodybuilding and there guys on show day with the same amount of bodyfat as you. Genetics can have a effect of where you store bodyfat. Lypo is the biggest waste of money on earth for someone like you. Use that money on food.

I believe it really applies to me, and I'm going to stick just with switching DLD's Phases. I'll stick with Phase 1 untill I simply stop gaining, it just works soo well for me. I just do all the sets and stretches intensely enough and let the clock count for me, and I take the time to focus on doing each jelq properly. It's about quality.

Basic stretches and basic jelqs! And look at my gains, already reached 30% of my long term goal, and I'm pretty ambitious. Yes, I may be a fast newbie gainer but still I believe in using your newbie potential with just newbie exercises, and when you exhaust that potential, you step on to more advanced exercises and use your more advanced potential. We'll see how it works out in the future.
 
You are right, there are a ton of gains to be had on basic work. I have always suggested guys start with basics and stick with them for 3 months before switching. Some guys can make all their goals in basic exercise.
 
Back to basics is the way to go when things are not working out with your current routine. Equipment is not for everyone and it is good that you are replacing what is not working with the tried and true....a good place to regroup.
 
It's been about a month since last entry because of a couple of reasons. First, I have been healing, rather well I might add. My sex drive is almost 100% back, I can have normal erections and maintain them for a normal ammount of time. I just concentrated on newbie stretches. I haven't been jelqing untill about a few days ago because I had hurt a blood vessel. I did it by using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] upwards to stretch my hurt part (fought fire with fire) and so probably twisted the mentioned blood vessel. Anyway, it's healed.

I've been having problems with privacy, so I could manage to find time to workout only half of a week, thus just avoiding/slowing regress rather than making progress. From this week I can have normal sessions except on weekends, so that's newbie stretching and jelqing.

Basically my size is the same as before but I have decided to keep working on Phase 1 instead of passing on Phase 2. That's because as I've already said, I hadn't had the time for proper Penis Enlargement.

In a few weeks I'm moving to a dorm and I'm hoping to get a single room. In that case I'll probably have a bathroom of my own, and I'll be even able to do some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] workouts.
