Tried bumping up the intensity? Try just squeezing the life out of it during each squeeze. Like to the point your arms are shaking . You'll get a big pump much quicker.

He showed pics too and I'm trying to model a 3 month plan around what he did. You're legit huge in girth already and have gained so maybe a new approach completely different than what you've tried before will help jump start some gains.
