So what do you think of the shorter girth routines? I would also do more of them in one day if I had intervals of time like that. I notice that when I do the shorter girth routines that I can get to max expansion ALOT quicker.

Well the past couple weeks have mainly been unproductive workouts for whatever reason, so I think I am going to wait a bit long until I measure. I may wait until I can get 6.25 expansion or something like that.

I like them, since as you say, you can get max expansion a lot quicker. But, it tends to make me think about my dick a little too much during the day. lol Also, it seems like it gives me a bit of ED, and I need to be ready to go at any time in case the lady friend stops by.

Well I really would be happy with a solid 6. But, if I feel like it, and I am not too sick of playing with my dick, I would push on to as big as maybe 6.25 or 6.5. Although, I think girth gains of over 1 inch are very unlikely.
 
Got up to 6 1/8 again. I am on a role now. I have been doing manual for the first 35 minutes or so, then putting on the ring and doing some stuff with it on. I have also been incorporating some sadsak slinky/ DLD bend type of movements into the routine to target my lower midshaft which is a bit less girthy. I think its working.
 
I think I am going to try either a 1 off, 1 on routine, or a 2 on 1 off routine. I like to Penis Enlargement nearly every day, but I am getting sick of watching that much adult entertainment. More rest could be good for gains.

In the past, it seems like I was either really inconsistent, or have been Penis Enlargementing almost every day. I have not really given a try something like a 1 on, 1 off.
 
The GF just stopped by to give me a little break from writing my paper which is due tomorrow. She said "I've got some cookie for your big dick, I am coming over". Then she came over and sat on it for a good 15 minutes. Then I politely asked her to leave, so I could get some work done. I didn't blow my load because I am on my meds right now, plus I wanted to save it for tonights session. :D

The point of this is, I took off yesterday, so its been around 48 hours since my last workout and my dick was hard and huge! Looked much girthier than normal. Gains are on the way, and I will definitely be taking more rest days (I must be strong, and resist the urge to work out).

Tonight I am doing an all out session, the minute I get done writing this bastard!
 
Yesterday was an off day. Today or tonight I am going all out balls to the wall session. I feel rested and motivated.

I have been doing all manual the past couple workouts, then at the very end I put on the cockring and edge.

I have been doing something that is really effective for me manually. I basically just clamp off at the base, I do a 30 second uli, 30-45 second horse squeeze, then I do ~30 seconds erect bends/sadsak slinky to the left and right, then I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] to the forward motion, then to the back. The whole thing takes about 3-4 minutes, and I make sure and get at least 10 of these. This has been working really well for me, and gets me HUGE quick.

I find that if I don't have a set number of excercises or number of squeezes to complete, I tend to jelq and masturbate too much and I don't get as much work done.
 
OK, this 1 off 1 on stuff ain't so bad. I think I can handle it. I will stick with it and measure in one month. If no gains, then I will go back into a more regular routine.

Last night I worked out for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes. This included several re-warm ups though, and also a good part of it was just edging with a cockring on. I had 6 1/8 expansion after I was done squeezing, but after all the edging it was down to a very hard 6 inches.
 
Damn dude, you do some serious volume with the girth. :D

Tried bumping up the intensity? Try just squeezing the life out of it during each squeeze. Like to the point your arms are shaking :D. You'll get a big pump much quicker.

Sometimes I squeeze hard, but yeah not to the point of shaking. I don't have the super steel bending grip power of you though... That whole workout only consisted of around 50 minutes of real squeezing though. Maybe tonight I will try to squeeze harder.

I am feeling a little iffy about my 1 off 1 on routine. I may throw in some extra work days if I feel like it.
 
Workouts are going good, usually I have 36 hours of rest between. I am throwing in some 5 minute clamping sets to help when my grip tires out. I like them a lot. I haven't been using any V either.

I just got a dog so I have been pre-occupied with her lately. She is an American Bulldog, kinda like a pit bull.
 
Been doing short workouts, almost every day. I don't expect any gains. I guess this is kind of a good mental break for me. Once I get into a better schedule with everything I have going on I will be back at full force.

My goal is to be a solid 5.75 by Sept. 1st 2005.

Thats cool. I meant shorter like 20-30 max. But I am liking the 30 minute workouts, where I squeeze as hard as I can. I am just in kind of a Penis Enlargement slump now though. I am going through with the workouts, but just not motivated.

Na I wouldn't worry about it. I have just been feeling like I am in a slump lately. Manual should do something for you? Especially if you squeeze real hard? I usually do most of my session manual, then put the ring on at the end.
 
Yeah I dunno...I've just never gotten much of a pump from doing manual. I should be getting the ring any day though, so I'm not really that worried. You'll still lose. :D
 
Worked out today pretty hard, got a big purple bruise on the topside of my dick... That hasn't happened in a long time, I hope it goes away. I am going to keep on trucking, and hopefully get to 5.75 soon.
 
Been doing workouts semi-regularly, although they have been shorter. Tonight I am taking some V for a good 1 hour session I hope. I am ready to see some gains!!! I am also looking forward to this fall semester when I should have some time to hang.
 
Got up to 6.25 clamped in a 40 min session I did last night with 25mg of Viagra. Feels good to make some progress. 6 1/8 had really been the most I had gotten previously.

My workouts since mid may had been really lacking intensity and time. I had been doing them, but just half-ass. Just enough to keep my gains I had made. I think I am still about 5.5, and I will not measure again until I can reach 6 3/8 expansion clamped.

My workouts are mainly manual, but whats been helping me lately is that every session I use the cable clamp for 5 minute intervels. This gives my hands a break and gives a mean stretch. I usually end up clamping 10-15 minutes per session.
 
hey man i have a max xtender that i use .i am able to do about 2 to 2 1/2 hours straight. we are on a similar program except that i also throw in an hour in the 2x9 pump cylinder a day.keep me updated to how you do and i will do the same

I actually stopped using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] months ago, but will get back into it maybe this fall or whenever I decide to start hanging with my bib starter and working on length.
 
I am going to start back into lifting some weights. Shafty has got me talked into trying some HST, which I have been wanting to try for quite some time. I should be able to start as soon as this Teus. or Wed. Penis Enlargement is going OK, although I feel I am not really gaining with my current routine.
 
Did a ~35 minute session and expanded past 6.25 girth clamped measurement! Works well for me, in very little time. I did 3 supersets, clamped for 5 minutes, did 3 more supersets, clamped for 5 minutes. Thats it.

HST starts this monday, I hope. I have been so busy lately. I still have to determine my maxes before I start though, so the actual cycle may not start for a week. I am optimistic about the program though, since it is like nothing I have ever tried.

Yeah getting up and a bit over 6.25 expansion has really given me some new motivation to keep going. It seemed like I was stuck at 6 1/8 for so long.

I really think Penis Enlargement is all in the intensity and all in your head. If I really get pumped up and am in the mood for a workout, it just goes so much better.

I a good workout yesterday, got up to 6.25 or a bit over.

I hit the gym yesterday, did a full body workoutout, only 1-2 sets per bodypart, just to get myself back into it. It was hellish, and I am so sore today. I have gotten unbelievably weak. I did take about a year off, although I had gone maybe once a month for some months. Well the past two months I don't think I even touched a weight, and it really shows. I am starting HST as soon as I determine my 10 rep maxes this week.
 
I have been slacking on girth work, plus I have two hardened maybe thrombosed veins near the base of my shaft. I don't really feel like I am going to get any girth gains in this state, so I am starting to hang with my bib starter... I have 4.4 lbs on my dick right now. For now, it will be all hanging and stretching, and no more than 10 minutes of jelqs. Hopefully in a couple months I can go back to girth work hardcore.
 
That really blows that you have 2 thrombosed veins philadelph, I had 1 a couple months ago. I simply took a month off from jelqing and it cleared up.

Yeah, I tried to work through them, but they actually would bleed at the surface every once and a while. I was planning on going back to length work this fall anyways, so this is just an early start.
 
man just look back at your progress and think and appreciate what you've accomplished. We don't do that enough. You've massively increased your girth. Now go get those inches in length.
 
Thanks for the insight iwant8. I ended up hanging 1 hour and 15 minutes yesterday. I think I really just needed a break from girth work, I was just getting burnt out. I also wasn't thinking very positive and my mind wasn't in to it. Hanging is a great change of pace. I am shooting for 7-10 hours per week.
 
that's about what I've been able to get in lately. around 8-12 actually. I was at around 14-18 a week for a while, but that turned out to be a huge mistake as my skin just couldn't take the stress.
 
Well, school has started back, and I really don't have the motivation to hang at the moment. I really just want to make it fat. Lately, I haven't had the attention span for long girth workouts, but I have been consistently doing 3 sessions per day, ranging 10-30 minutes per session. I am constantly pumped. I do sets of clamping mixed in with jelqs and bends. This may actually work. I haven't had any solid girth gains in forever, so this is something new that I hope will get me up to 6 inches EG.
 
lol I was doing 8-12 back then (about a month ago) and a few weeks later i'd end up trying to do close to 20 hours per week. Man no wonder I got injured. Doing jelqs from now on mixed in with some newbie stuff every few days. Just ordered an autoextender. This one guy on here that was recently banned with the handle of rich I believe. Man, that guy actually had gains from just a shit load of jelqs and about 5 hours a day in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. He showed pics too and I'm trying to model a 3 month plan around what he did. You're legit huge in girth already and have gained so maybe a new approach completely different than what you've tried before will help jump start some gains.

I hope the new appoach will work. I think you will like the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], as long as you have time to wear it at least 5 hours a day. I did see some gains during the short time that I used mine.
 
that's good to hear. I hope I can too. Hopefully it gets here next week before the weekend. I'd like to get a week of work with it on before school starts.
 
I have been keeping up with my girth work. I do sets of clamping in the morning, night, and even a session mid-day. I think this is what it is going to take for me to gain permanent girth.
