Well I gave it the 'ol college try but the elbows have temporarily won this hand. Close to two weeks ago teh elbows were killing me and then I got bit by some bad ass spider on the inside of my wrist and it swole up like my ankle.

Well I started clamping on Sept 12th. I have clamped everyday sometimes for as little as 20 min a set and for as long as 2 hrs the other day. And these sets I'm not breaking up in segments...a 2 hr set is 2 hrs non-stop. I've been averaging anywhere from 2 hrs to 8 hrs per day.

Last week I tried to clamp while sleeping and it can be done. Only once have I woke up to a numb cock and brought it back to life. My longest set while sleeping was 6 hrs.

I've been experimenting with my favorite exercise, uli's, while clamping.

The problem I have been running in to is intensity. Stupid me thought it was like jelqing and then doing 50 hardcore uli's and that can't be achieved when clamping.

Clamping is the ultimate for continuous stress on the tissues. My erection level fades in and out until it has no more love to give and finally feels like a chunk of Playdoh, that's when the uli's really move the blood around...very cool indeed.

So I learned today that if I clamp for a good 20 min and then incorporate gentle squeezes (uli's) with a sort of pulsing squeezing I can get a major benefit combining clamping and uli's...unreal pressure can be achieved this way...must exercise caution and go gentle. I continue to do multple daily sets for lengthy periods of an hour to 3 hours at a time. Yesterday I clamped , and did multiple uli's, for about 5 hours.

I went to bed clamped and kept it on for 4 hrs.

This is one heck of a technique, clamping, for girth. Even my flaccid is looking nice.

During clamping sessions my veins are very pronounced and I like it.

I'm starting to think .25" per month is possible.

Initially the clamp bothered me but now I can take it for at least 3 hours before I have some form of natural reaction to take that bastard off!

During the day, I have noticed that long after my erection has faded my cock stays totally engorged, very similar to an erection but I can point it down along my leg. Experiment with your cock ring tightness and check out your cock throughout the day...try to keep it fully engorged and then watch how cool your flaccid looks.

Clamping is the real deal. But I think I need to incorporate some jelqing for proper blood flow/maintenance just in case.
 
I've been purposely not writing just to see what would happen, progress or not kind of deal.

I started clamping at 5.50" girth and have gone up to 5 7/8", an increase of almost a half inch. Measured right in the middle, three times for accuracy. Here's the funny part...I feel small and unimpressive. Onward until I no longer feel this way.

Here's the routine...I clamp daily but it's when I can. Sometimes once to three times per day, at least an hour per session.

Bends and uli's end up being no more than 6 or 7 min per session, specifically concentrating on (gentle squeezes) uli's...either way, the intensity is very low because it just doesn't take much to make me go OUCH!!! when my cock is totally engorged.

Cool veins happening. Cool flaccid happening and really cool looking if I can get a couple of pulls/squeezes beforehand.

Also, for the last couple of days I've been doing fowfers/lass 20 min at a time for 2 to 3 sets per day. This really increases the flaccid length.
