Well, more therapy is obvioulsy needed for me.

I've taken about a month of doing Uli's workout because my elbows were killing me. Now my forearm muscles have decided to take the brunt of every movement I do all day long obviously to protect the elbows and tendons so screw it.

The reason I got back into this sport in the first place was because of no erections occuring at all and jelqing saved me and drastically improved my sex life...I did a 180. Along the way I saw very decent growth, especially in the girth department because of the Uli's. Now I haven't been able to do anything thinking the rest would do my elbows some good but it hasn't and all of my growth has retracted...so fuck it!

If I have to sit around with an ice pack wrapped to one elbow while the hot water bottle is wrapped to the other, each waiting for the next round then I might as well get some girth out of the deal...oh, and 800mgs of ibuprofen is a now a daily vitamin.

So now I think I'll start my twice per day sessions of 15 to min of jelqing (always depending on time constraints) followed up with 50 hardcore Uli squeezes. I'll look like a motorcross rider with the tennis elbow wraps on both arms but hey! more determined than ever now that I've been thinking about Uli's routine and posting about it...Seriously pissed at my loss of gains so there's the initial motivation fueled by anger.


This week I've missed one workout and that was on the 4th of July but I've been hitting it twice per day averaging 15 min sessions.

I've analyzed several things about Uli's routine and it breaks down like this:

1. his initial 15 pulls were just that, static pulls. I've never understood that until today when I tried it...cock got semi erect just like he said.

2. the 200 jelqs he spoke of averages out to about 5 min of jelqing so I tried that and LOVED it. It allowed me not to be fatigued whatsoever before the squeezes. And also may be the key to never overtaining while keeping the intensity above an 8, on a 1 to 10 scale, each and every workout...tough to do on two a days with the thought of never taking a planned day off.

3. continued the 50 good uli squeezes noticing that the technique stems from squeezing the heck out of the fattest, girthiest part you can find on the underbelly while maintaining a solid lock with the okay grip.

Also, no more stretch sessions for a while for me...ouch!

Not stupid at all EVO. I put Uli's actual post in the thread started by Citizen showing exactly what he typed and telling us just how to do his routine.

Every time I deviate from his workout and try to reinvent the wheel I get mediocre results. The one, and only, time I've actually done his routine precisely as he described, my girth measurements exploded...but that was only because I followed his routine exactly...to the "T".

Started Uli's workout exactly 7 days ago and missed only one workout.

I've done a few things differently from the last time I did Uli's routine:

1. I've switched to jelqing for about 5 min (as opposed to the 15 to 20 min I was doing) which is about 200 strokes uli suggests as the minimum. I was doing the longer jelqing sessions primarily for erection strength but growth in the girth dept comes from the uli squeeze itself. If I'm gonna go for Olympic level intensity on each squeeze and on each and every workout, then somewhere down the line the shorter sessions will payoff because overtraining will never be a problem.

2. When doing the actual uli squeeze, sometimes I will use both hands to make sure the intensity is going thru the roof. My hands just aren't strong enough and it may take another 6 months to develop the required strength level I'm looking for so until then, I'll use two hands when I need to.

3. I start by taking ibuprofen 20 to 40 min before the session begins to minimize inflammation of the tissues in the elbows which has helped tremendously.

4. The sessions now begins with pulling my cock straight out for about 15 times lasting about 2 seconds each...crazy thing is, I feel my ligs when I do this. Wouldn't it be funny if I actually gained some length from this little stretch after all the hours I've spent stretching both manually and hanging? We'll see in due time.

My personal experience

I was fortunate enough not to be lacking in size when I began this episode. I began jelqing exactly
two years ago, partly as a dare from my girlfriend. No weights, not devices,
nothing other than the old well lubricated fingers.

I began with a length of 7 3/4 inches, circumference of 6 inches, and am
now at 9 1/4 inches with a circumference of 8 1/2 inches. Jelqing really does
work, particularly in thickness...and I do 3 stages:

1) Stretch the ol' weenie while in a totally flaccid state, applying as much pulling
pressure as is not painful. After 15 pulls, you should begin to get a semi
erection.
2) Grease your son with a lubricant and jelq for at least 200 strokes, as instructed
elsewhere on this excellent web site.
3) Beginning at the base of your penis shaft, still while in a semi-erect state,
encircle the shaft in a tight OK finger grip and move your "finger ring" towards
the meatus, engorging the shaft and the penis head. Squeeze 5 times, let up
the pressure, and repeat this routine 10 times.
4) This final exercise will dramatically increase the size of your penis head and and
much girth to the penis, but you must do it without fail every AM and PM. My meatus is nearly 9 1/8 inches in circumference, so large my girlfriend sometimes
experiences pain during sex unless I keep it very slick with lubricant.

I have no personal experiences with weights, stretching devices, etc. so I will not be judgemental..they may and probably are effective. In fact, the other methods would probably enhance your progress. The above is just my personal
experience.

Do not judge your progress in terms of days or weeks...in the beginning, you
will see little change. Give it 6 months minimum. Your penis size can best be
ascertained by your lover...they always will feel the positive change!!

Timeframe

I noticed no improvement for at least 6 weeks, but my girlfriend then

Peabody, In Step #3, I don't use a milking motion. With a 3/4 erection, no
more (for safety sake, perhaps!), slide your overhand OK sign fingers firmly
up the shaft, engorging the meatus and at least half the shaft. Hold that
position, trapping the blood, and pump you hand forward to further engorge the
head and shaft. Each pumping stroke is about 1 second, during which the
engorged section will very visibly increase in size. Don't overdo it in the
beginning. After a few weeks you can safely apply more pressure. This is
particularly effective to develop a large snake head rather quickly. In fact, you
may truly surprise yourself at the rapid growth, if you just keep the routine.

To the second question, while milking I always use the overhand grip, with
particular pressure being applied to the sides of the shaft, where I think the
greatest growth takes place.

Just when you think you know it all, someone proves you don't. Your step #3 (I think) could be just right for me. I have been trying for quite a while to increase my girth toward the head with some success. I tried your technique but realized I couldn't do it. I haven't been milking all the way to the end because I have to bend my back to far, and my back becomes uncomfortable (even sitting). I have had back problems for years.

I thought that could be my problem(not going far enough with enough pressure). So I wrapped my penis with thera toward the base, let it fill with blood, attached a hanger, and milked with the hanger.
