Thanks DLD, when I did the 250 jelqs I forgot to mention I did do them with more pressure than usual. I realize I was jelqing kind of light but that's ok for me because I have been getting good pumps and I still get shrinkage so my body hasn't adapted yet.
After the 250 jelq session my dick felt kind of shrunk and not to floppy the next day so I rested for several days from girth and stretched lightly whenever I thought about it. On Saturday I was at a friends house and went to use the bathroom, when I went to take a piss I noticed my flaccid hang was looking really nice. It wasn't like a semi erection either, it was totally soft and floppy and it was the biggest I'd ever seen it like that before, both girth and length looked real good and I was really liking the veins, very encouraging.
Monday I did girth and had a great workout, the stretching was the most intense I've done, I increased some stretches up to a minute or more. It felt great but not overdone. I also increased the intensity of my jelqs and the level of erection at which I was doing the jelqs, so I did 300 but after the 300 I stayed pumped with light jelq strokes and did a few ulis and stroked lightly working on getting engorged without using my pc muscle. The veins are awesome, I never had veins before I started doing kegels and the newbie program.
I'm gonna quit doing kegels for the time being and work on reverse kegels because my pc muscle is getting kind of strong and I want to work on controlling it. It's strong enough as it is because I've used it so much in masterbation and sex which is why I cum kind of quick sometimes. I can launch loads when I'm really aroused and if I kegel while I ejac I shoot pretty far. I don't have a problem with premature ejac but sometimes I wish I lasted longer, my girl likes it hard and fast so sometimes I don't wanna break the pace to hold back and I end up cumming.
