Well I feel bad guys, I fell off and got depressed, went back to smoking weed. Not that weed is so bad, it's mainly the depression. It was after my last jelq session that my penis felt cold while flaccid and my girlfriend even noticed, it scared me but it's back to normal. So I'm through with that bullshit and I want gains. I'm gonna have to start over (not that I made much progress) I want to get that 7x5 very much by my birthday which is Mar.17, I've extended my goals and will use the knowledge I've learned to meet those goals. Well I'm back on track and have been having good workouts. Great analogy! I am experiencing so renewal lately too. If you clean it everyday the shit stays in order.
