So basically 350 total of your special jelqs per week will get great girth gains? Also, do you feel the stretching helps with your girth gains?
 
Yes, I think stretching does help for sure. After like 200-300 jelqs when I am way ingorged I will lightly bend my dick by reversing my jelq hand and doing a U bend. But I am very careful with those.
I never have an exact amount on reps, so my guess is;
200 of my jelqs in the shower
400-500 on intense work out

Right now I am still taking a break from Penis Enlargement cause I was doing 2-3 sessions a day. It's taking longer to heal, and still getting bruised and blood spots way too fast on a light work out. I still get a way good erections, but have lost .3-.4 in girth over the last week of not working out. But I guess I should look at the bright side is I had really stretched myself further that I ever was and was maintaining it through light work outs and I can reach 6.25 in girth if I squeeze the base with out having worked out.

So when the bruising is gone I'm going to do 1 day on 1 day off. I think to have gotten these gains you really need to do it alot like I was, but it will cost you a longer rest peroid like I reached after almost a month of nearly twice a day.
 
I am trying really hard to understand what you are doing but you keep posting the incomplete program. The most recent post you just say stretching lightly nothing about jelqs. then on your intense sessions you say like 150 jelqs. Can you just post exactly what your program is for each day of the week please?
 
FOR ADVANCED Penis Enlargement ONLY
The 45 minute routine;

1) Do a 5 minute warm up using a clear plastic water bottle, empty some water out and squeeze the bottle creating a suction.
2) Stretch your warm penis in different directions.
3) Warm up with the water bottle again for 2 minutes
4) Do some V-stretches and downward stretches
5) 20 normal wet jelqs using baby oil
6) grab the base of your now 80% pumped up penis and create an ok sign around the base. Do some kegels to help pump for into your penis. As your kegeling, open and close your ok symbol trapping more blood, do not squeeze where to stop all blood from escaping.
7) You should now be 90%-105% engorged. Keep your ok sign hand at the base lightly touched and putting pressure. With your good jelq hand do 200 wet jelqs being way expanded in girth. Do not get rock hard, you will build up water. If you get hard, warm up again with the water bottle or squeeze the base till you soften up.
8) Now do 100 downward jelqs one hand after the other. Each hand should be at the base squeezing before the other hand is at the head.
9) Do 200 more of (#7).
10) Do 8 light erect bends at 10 seconds each.
11) Warm up again for 2 minutes. Quickly do 20-30 wet jelqs.
12) squeezing the base and being maybe about 120% engorged, with your other hand pinch your shaft expanding your sides. Don't force, the idea is you should feel a good stretch and your head should be very tight.
12) warm down. drink some water, take your vitamens, get some sleep.

The light workout 1-2 times a day to keep up the pump.
1) warm up 5 minutes in the shower
2) stretch 5 minutes and some v-stretches.
3) Do (#5, #6, # 7) above.
 
I believe it's been close to 2 weeks since I have done any big routines and a week since I have done small sessions.

My penis is regaining more of it's natural color. soreness is gone, bruising around the circumcision is almost gone, and blood spots are gone.

I have been waking up at about 5.5x5.5 flaccid, end of the day my flaccid hang is about 5x5 or 4.5x4.5. My flaccid in never consistent, when I do the daily sessions it is though, about 6x5.7. So I will be at least stretching in the shower every time. I'm still going to wait another week before I do any jelqs. It is way hard to put this off. But I am starting to see more of the natural enlargement now without the light sessions. Cool.
 
Yeah, it is. Be careful with this work out, I should a took a break a week before I did. Now I'm in a longer break because of it. My flacid has gone down quite abit the last 2 weeks. I was looking at some adult entertainment tonight, 5 minutes later I thought I would measure my girth, still 6". Nice. I still want to take another week or 2 break though. My dick is looking real good right now, color is returning very nice. When I get back into my routine, I will be able to get back to the 6.5" girth again easily. Can't wait. Damn, I am so pist, I did a really light session in the shower this morning. 3 minute stretching and 50 jelqs at 90% engorged. When I dried myself in the shower I had blood spots, way too soon to get those from what I did, puffiness started around the circumcision, and a big blood spot on the back below the head. I gotten it before from intense work out in the past. So looks like I need a month of no stretching and P.E.. That sucks. I went and got vitamen E and will be massaging it on my penis to help promote faster healing.
I was so stoked to see the gains I got, it sucks I slightly over did it. So I'm for warning you guys, don't get carried away when you see great gains, so take a break when you see or feel you need it. I decided to work on my length now and hold off a month on girth which is really hard for me to do this. After 3 weeks off I did loose some gains. Over the last 5 days my girth is back to 6, length back to 7.3, and flaccid has is about 6 again.
