Back to doing the full routine tonight but I've changed the stretches slightly so much as I don't do 30 second holds three times I just do 1 x 90 sec hold in each position - just works/feels better to me. Also I can really feel the stretch in my shaft when I do the straight up stretches.

Had a really good pumped look to my cock again after tonight's session. I've found that if I don't jelq with an erection at about 80% then I don't get that pumped/worked look to my penis. Also I've found that if I do the jelqing whilst watching the TV I keep losing my erection level but if I do the jelqing without the TV on and just concentrate on doing the exercise properly and with the correct amount of pressure then I can keep my erection for much longer. This makes for a better exercise session and really feels like I've acheived something that day.
My erections as getting as hard as steel now and I've also started to get back my morning woodies (lost them due to medication). My dick is starting to feel different and I'm sure this morning it looked thicker than normal during an erection - maybe it's still pumped from last night's session but at least it's starting to change.
